I order a cheese pizza and crazy combo. I asked the young lady the price for extra crazy, she didn’t say anything but made it without asking me if I wanted extra crazy. I asked for well done crazy sticks but they were even more undercooked. The lady doesn’t understand English very well I think based off of my experience. Pizza was good. The older lady that I had ordered with before was very good but not this one.

I think people’s expectations can be too high or maybe even entitled.
I order Little Caesars when I want something quick and satisfying. Never had an unsatisfying pizza or wings from this place. The pictures I posted are actual photos from food that was delivered. I don’t believe this is a dine-in place so I can’t speak for the atmosphere.

Tonight I ordered a pizza from this location. Normally they are great, but unfortunately not tonight. Tonight a young lady named Victoria made my pizza. The pizza had hair in it. I called to ask what could be done and I was told that no manager was available or on duty and that I needed to call back the next day to see if I could get someone to help me. The same staff that gave me a pizza with hair in it told me basically they weren’t doing anything about it and to hope for resolution with other staff. This is crazy. The middle aged guy is the one who told me this.

I just spoke with a young lady working tonight who was extremely rude during my call. When I requested a customized pizza—and made it clear that I was willing to pay the price difference—I was told that I was “wasting her time.” Unfortunately, I did not catch her name.
Customer service requires patience and professionalism. If a request cannot be handled, the appropriate response would be to involve a manager rather than speak disrespectfully to a customer. The call ended with her hanging up on me, which was very disappointing.
This review is not meant to condemn her, but to highlight a need for better training so this type of interaction does not happen again with another customer. Thank you.

2nd time going here and it’s just okay…could have used more sauce. Flavor was barely there. I ordered a deep dish supreme with garlic parmesan chicken wings. I didn’t like the fact that I ordered a fresh pizza and they gave me wings that were sitting in the warmer (since before I got there). After my pizza was done they tossed the wings in the sauce. Why couldn’t I have gotten fresh wings? They were like warm when I got home.

Pizza had little sauce and little cheese. Ordered the 5 meat pizza and it was almost half empty crust. Pizza was roughly cut into two halves. On top of that it was cold.. Tried to call but their phone was not working.

Love this place and the wonderful employees.I am always treated with amazing customer service. My only complaint would be that for the past month those poor employees have been without AC. The pizza ovens are hot and makes the store almost suffocating to even be there more than 5 min. I am concerned for the safety of the employees as they have to work in that suffocating heat for more than 8 hours a day. I hope this issue gets resolved soon. The food and employees are amazing!
