2nd time going here and it’s just okay…could have used more sauce. Flavor was barely there. I ordered a deep dish supreme with garlic parmesan chicken wings. I didn’t like the fact that I ordered a fresh pizza and they gave me wings that were sitting in the warmer (since before I got there). After my pizza was done they tossed the wings in the sauce. Why couldn’t I have gotten fresh wings? They were like warm when I got home.

Where to start! Placed an online order. Order says it was ready in less then 10 minutes. Should have been the first clue but. Go and pick up the order. The person working the counter was more interested in hanging the Easter decorations then helping the customers in store. Once they seemed content with the decorations, they started helping me. I picked up my order and left. Unfortunately my order was incomplete. Not a huge problem, call them up and figure out for next time. But the phone goes straight to a FULL voicemail! Then we move past the incomplete order to a pizza that was soggy, tasted more like grease and was undercooked. Go back up to the store for a refund since the one nasty bite, I lost my appetite. No one in the store can give a refund! The person not pictured with the eye shadow was nice and tried to help but the person pictured that was the “MOD” clearly was bothered by me, didn’t want to help, refused to give me a name and just took my pizza to the back and refused to come talk with me.They stole my food and my money! Absolutely horrible food and customer service! Don’t risk it. Clearly by the lack of proper PPE ( Gloves and hair net) and an 84 health score. This place needs work and a revamped team.

At 12:30pm yesterday, the door was locked with a handwritten sign stating “back at 1:00pm.” This is the second time during the last few months they’ve been inexplicably closed during normal hours. Pizza isn’t bad but don’t count on them to be open.

Today’s visit did not meet my expectations. I ordered a pretzel crust pizza with pizza sauce. The dough and the pizza tasted weird. Like funky weird. Also the dough was chewy. I’ve never had a Little Caesar pizza that was *chewy*. And there was hardly any sauce on the pie. All in all the pizza was too greasy, it tasted nasty, there wasn’t enough sauce, and the dough was funky. The lady behind the counter was very nice though. Little Casar Pretzel Crust pizzas are the best thing they’ve come out with and this store has ruined them.

Had 5 workers however only 1 seem to actually working. Had to wait 27 minutes on pizza that was supposed to be “HOT & READY” and 1 of them was burnt. Then, I wasn’t given my bread stix and when I went back in for them the cashier (who took my order) ask “did you pay for them?” LOL, seriously? I just bought $40 worth of pizza and your going to question a $3 pack of bread stix? Worst experience ever from Little Caesars!!

DO NOT ORDER THROUGH THE APP!! If there is an issue like I had with your food, the employees will NOT refund your money. They claim that they can’t refund online orders & that the manager has to do it. Well that’s a lie. I ordered Saturday evening, they didn’t give me the sauce for the crazy bread combo. There was more crust than actual pizza toppings. The pizza was also undercooked & exceptionally greasy. When we took the food back for a refund the employees refused to give our money back & took our food! So at this point they stole our money & food. We left without food & our money bc the employees refused to do anything about it except tell us to come back when the manager was there. Employees had no hair restraints or gloves & a general bad attitude. The back door was also propped wide open for bugs or rodents to just come in & out. Will never be back to this location.
