I ordered on 8/19/23 around 12pm i don’t know who made my pizza but the Detroit style sausage had very little sauce on pizza and the pan pizza wasnt square and crispy on edges like it was supposed to be. I have ordered a few Detroit pizza from rockmart location over past year and they have all been weird shaped and not very good.

Placed my order online at 4:12, they took my money at 4:13. It is now 5:16 and my husband is still waiting, meanwhile everyone that comes in gets their order and walks out. I ordered 2 cheese pizzas and a pepperoni and 3 crazy breads. Tried to call but they would not answer and then it went straight to voicemail not set up. Need more help. I wouldn’t recommend anything except DO NOT VISIT THIS ESTABLISHMENT until it can run good like the one in Cedartown.

Placed my order online, 1 extra cheese stuff crust & 1 extra cheese stuff crust half pepperoni and half vegetarian. Arrived to recieve 1 full vegetarian with pepperoni and 1 full pepperoni stuff crust. Spoke to Evie, she told then to fix it, offered me more free pizza, declined didn’t need it just wanted what I ordered. Recieved a burnt extra cheese stuff crust missing more than half the cheese on the pizza. I can’t mess with this location anymore. No matter what they always screw up my order. Don’t even understand how they’re still in business.

Accidentally placed an order on the app to this store that I was over an hour away from me at the time. Tried calling the store over 20 times to cancel the order before the app said it was in the oven. It took thirty minutes from the time the order was placed to the time it said it was in the oven. The phone kept going to a voice-mail that has not been set up yet. I’ve continued to try and call, but no answer, only the same message.

Wow I’m shocked how dry and disgusting my pizza was I got tonight I’ve tried and tried to call the store but no one will pick up the phone. I will be there tomorrow first thing when they open to talk to the manager. Stay away!!

Usually have zero issues here, but today 5/9/21 I stopped by and picked up 3 pepperoni pizzas. Got home and all 3 the same no sauce on them. We had to add our own cause they just didn’t have a drop.
