15$ wasted, I’m headed to dominoes this location used to be very good. The manager was bright and full of life, but she recently she seems depressed. I’m not sure if she’s facing staffing issues, but the location is definitely fallen from Grace and I know it’s not the Manager‘s fault I think she needs better help. She may be facing problems with staff

I get that we are all over worked and under paid. I know customers can be jerks I work 24/7 in customer servise. The girl that took my order was not pleasant I was smiley and tried to make small talk but it got me no where. I paid and asked is it going to be 10 minutes or so and she walked away leaving me at the counter looking stupid. I WILL NEVER GO BACK. Money is tight and qhen you spend it you dont want to be treated like crap and I was treated like I didnt matter. Everyone working was wearing PJS no hai r nets and the gorl that cut my pizza literally handled money and with no gloves cut my pizza. No wonder my family got sick after eating the red sauce. SMH…I WISH EVERYONE LUCK THAT WORKS HERE AND WARN EVERYONE THAT EATS HERE

Placed my order online, 1 extra cheese stuff crust & 1 extra cheese stuff crust half pepperoni and half vegetarian. Arrived to recieve 1 full vegetarian with pepperoni and 1 full pepperoni stuff crust. Spoke to Evie, she told then to fix it, offered me more free pizza, declined didn’t need it just wanted what I ordered. Recieved a burnt extra cheese stuff crust missing more than half the cheese on the pizza. I can’t mess with this location anymore. No matter what they always screw up my order. Don’t even understand how they’re still in business.

Usually have zero issues here, but today 5/9/21 I stopped by and picked up 3 pepperoni pizzas. Got home and all 3 the same no sauce on them. We had to add our own cause they just didn’t have a drop.

Shelves the manager is awesome. She remembers my name, I’m a semi-regular customer, but she and the rest of the staff have always been on point. I usually get the puff, which I love, but when get the pizza, it’s delicious also.

Was disappointed in the oval shaped deep dish and ICB I got that didn’t have the nice crispy edge.
Not really even complaining, just let the new people know that on a square pan, you have to stretch the dough out a couple inches past the corners and then lay it back down in the pan. It will look a little wadded up, but when it shrinks, it will keep the shape.
And then, cheese right up to the edges so you get that crispy cheese ring. Deep dish pizza isn’t supposed to have bare dough crust.
I’m sure it’s still gonna be delicious, but im from Detroit and these definitely aren’t Detroit style.

Won’t even answer the phone. I tried calling several times to ask how much a large 3 topping pizza would be, the bot on the other end of course couldn’t understand me so patched me through to the restaurant. Every time they didn’t pick up, the bot would say “I didn’t quite catch that” and would again try to connect me to the restaurant but no one ever picked up. I don’t care how good the pizza might be, I’ll never know. No one could be bothered to answer the phone
