I Placed an order on the app Thursday a full 24 hours in advance for a Friday nig 8:15 pick up . Got a notification at 8:04 saying my pizza was being made. I arrived at 8:15 and it still said baking to perfection . So I waited in my car . 8:20 came and went and still nothing. Around 8:30 I went to the door and my name was still not on the portal as customers walked in and out most visibly frustrated . My daughter and I stood there waiting and watching. Finally at 8:40 I walked in and asked employees what the status of my order was. They were sitting down talking with a dazed look on their face. They asked the name on the order went around the corner and said “ you have ****” ? Then she turned and said your order is coming . I said yeah a full half hour later. No apologies , no manager , no nothing. We all know a little Caesar’s pizza does not take 40 minutes to bake. (8:04-8:45). I use the app and the portal all the time at a different location and it’s never an issue. This location is and has always been terrible. Don’t get me started on the line of half a dozen cars constantly parked in the fire lane creating a hazard for guests and patrons of the plaza and nothing is ever done. I will never go here again .

Best bang for the buck pizza you will ever find. $6.00 for a massive amount of cheese and pepperoni. Amazingly quick service. Clean environments. Sauces are really good and affordable too. Split with 3 people for a really cheap and good pizza meal.

More than once we have ordered food with door dash from this location and on a few occasions we did not get our whole order that was paid for. When we call the store the employees act out or pretend they can not hear you on the phone and hang up

The chili ave store is the only one I go to because they have the best pizza as far as I’m concerned. I tried the Lyell ave store once and was barely able to tolerate their pizza. It was way to greasy and cold like it had been sitting somewhere all day. I like the staff at the chili store also. They are very friendly and efficient. Never veen unhappy with their pizza!

This was the most horrific experience. Took the last of my money to buy some pieces for my grandson. Delivery through doordash I never received my pizza. Was told by the store that I had to take it up with doordash. I spent 3 hours on the phone with doordash on hold and finally gave up. It’s not fair that my grandson had to go without food because Little Caesars would not refund my money. No offer to send another Pizza or anything. I am horrified and I am in tears

Lil caesars on hudson titus. IOrdered a stuffed crust supreme they said 10 to 15 min. Got there in 15. Had to wait another 16 min for the pizza then went home. It was the wrong pizza it was a supreme but not stuffed crust. We called them and after talking to 3 different people they had no record of anything. I wont be going to get pizza there ever again. I was treated like i was lieing. They suck.
