Was served donuts from the previous day. They were cold, already going stale, the “sugar coat” on the jelly donut was just sticky syrup. Frosting on others was just sloughing off, wet and unpleasant.

Extremely slow service for a fast food place. Waited in line for over 10 minutes only to be given a cold sandwich and told that my coffee wasn’t even ready and to pull around the corner to wait. And lo and behold, the girl came outside with a completely different coffee than what I had ordered. “Coffee” was nothing but creamer with loads of caramel at the bottom. Nothing but pure laziness. Management, if you’re going to hire people, hire people who know what they are doing and who at least have some common sense…

This DD is next to my job and I used to go all the time, but they always have new employees who screw up my orders. I often do not get my coffee the way I order them. That is why I do not go here as much anymore. I understand it can be busy but you will not get business if you can’t get people’s orders correctly. African american lady with burgundy hair was very rude and loud at drive thru. On her phone not paying attention, she rung up my order wrong and told me to pull forward because of their “speed” , so i waited for 8 minutes and she came out with the wrong order still , i told her it was wrong she told me pass me the bag and snatched it out my hand with an attitude. I dislike this location they never have it together needs to be shut down

Same server prepared my order incorrectly 3 weeks in a row. Wrong size, added sugar after being told NO Sugar, hot instead of iced coffee !

There are too many young teenagers here who don’t care about their job. When I began my order the employee was responding very rudely. When I got to the window and paid, he proceeded to tell me their latte machine was being cleaned after I had already paid for the latte. I had to end up getting sodas instead because all of their machines were getting cleaned or they weren’t working. Find employees who are serious about their jobs and have good customer service.
