Would give less stars if I could. Asked for a refund. Sassy young woman called herself “Me” when I asked for her name. Then hung up on me 6 times, and even the next day. Finally talked to the real manager, as Me said she was the manager. I asked for a full refund, I have never done before. Then called my credit card to report a dispute in case they charged me anyway.

May be the worst overall Cesar’s on the planet. Service has never been anything short of awful and completely disorganized. I don’t know why I have tried several times to give them a shot and almost every time they fall short. This is over the course of three years and it’s habitually terrible. No leadership. Apathy with most of the staff and utter disorganization throughout would be putting it mildly. A regular pepperoni, regular cheese and crazy bread pre-ordered at 8:00 on a Tuesday and by 9:15 I still didn’t have a completed order. A grand total of 3 pizzas, 2crazy bread and one order of wings were all they could push out the door for other customers over 45min of me waiting. And there were 4 people ‘working’. Ownership and management should be ashamed. This is the norm. Not the exception. This franchise location is in desperate need of an overhaul change starting with the owner.

I should’ve listened to the reviews and avoided this location. I put an order in at 6:03pm and it was finally ready at 7:11pm- 2 pizzas and breadsticks. The breadsticks were stale and had zero flavor! It looked old and reheated. One of the pizzas was undercooked. The bottom of the pizza had uncooked dough. Avoid this place if you’re reading this.

This location can never get it together, especially on a weekend. Show up at a minimum, a half an hour after the estimated pick up time shows, trust me. Customer service is also atrocious. They act like you are a huge inconvenience to them. I was in the lobby watching customer after customer get ignored and walk out. Dumpster fire.

I ordered 2 pizzas online at 5:10 to pick up at 5:45. When I arrived at the pickup time there were 10-12 people waiting on pizza and it took an hour and 20 mins to get my order out. They were backed up an did not apologize to one customer that had been waiting forever for their pizzas. We won’t be returning!

Terrible customer service. Boy at counter was texting on his phone the entire time. Came in store, waited a minute until he finally acknowledged me. Placed my order, and he was still texting, and then finally put his phone down to input my order. Paid, boy still didn’t say how long it’ll take or anything. Went back to being on his phone. They really need training.

Pizza was barely warm,just about zero sauce and cheese. The counter guy glared at me like he could stomp me. Getting use to that. A five foot 8 and 1/2 foot woman tend to get the eye from certain people.

There is a worker call (SAMANTHA G.) ho i had order a pizza by the phone and she said that I could come in the store and get one and I said but I’m ordering it because I what it fresh because you’re pizzas that have in store are not fresh and I got there and we ask for the pizza and she gave it to us and the name was kid and that was roude because I told here my name and I asked for a pack of sauce of chess and she said couldn’t you order it by phone and she was barely scanning the pizza and I asked here before she scanned it .
