The food is great and I’ve never had an issue with the employees. Sure, they could be a little nicer but they’re just fine. My issue is the hours. They’re always closed by 3 pm on weekdays and are not even open on weekends. What kind of restaurant does that? 1/5. They’re terrible.

Employees could not care less to work
Tried to order from there – closed 30 minutes ahead was told they could not fulfill online orders
Next visit stopped in 20 minutes till closing- they served the family in front of me then proceeded to tell me that they were closed.
Hopefully they get better employees & better hours- they closed @ 5pm when I visited. Personally a big fan of JJ’s
Really cannot speak to the food at this location because they apparently don’t want to make food.
Go downtown to the poplar location if you want great service.

This store is an absolute joke. I came in to order the Vito! I wanted the vinegar and oil together in a small container and not on the sandwich because it makes it so soggy. This has never ever been a problem, even at this facility before now all of a sudden it’s a problem! We can’t do that so I didn’t get the sandwich. What a joke and you have the cup to put it in! you just didn’t want too! your customer Service absolutely sucks. I have never encountered this problem before. Not even at this location.They were going to put the lettuce on the side, but not something else. We use those cups for ranch and other things! This is absolutely unbelievable. He said, Either it goes on the sandwich or not!! I guess it’s against the rules to customize a sandwich. He also informed me that they weren’t gonna put the lettuce on the side either! Normally all they do is just put it in the Jimmy John’s wrap and that’s it, but that’s a problem too. This place will never ever get my business again. Do better hire people that want to do their jobs! Pure laziness at best. It was a black guy with locks and a tall white guy! All this because you couldn’t put something on the side. I was paying for it with my money! What absolutely ridiculousness! So I guess this is how Jimmy John’s does business. Even subway will put it on the side! I hope the owner of the establishment reads this review! The sandwich is so big you can’t eat it all in one sitting who wants a soggy sandwich with old lettuce! Did I forget to mention if the gourmet wheat bread which gets extremely soggy with condiments? If the owner reads this please feel free to respond because this is an absolute first and i always frequent jimmy johns!

First time trying this place, and I have to say the service was amazing. The atmosphere was very calm and inviting. There were two employees in the store, but they both moved with speed and a sense of urgency. Mel was amazing he suggested a toasted sandwich for me, and it was delicious. I definitely recommend this place if you’re in for a quick tasty lunch or whatever.

The food service industry is definitely experiencing more than trying times right now, and I feel everyone should really take a step back and consider that before posting unfavorable reviews and comments before taking the current challenges into consideration.
I, on the other hand am new to trying out and experiencing Jimmy John’s recently in Flowood, MS. I can tell you this, I have to ask myself, “What took you so long?”. No, the staff in Flowood is not perfect, no one in the food service industry is right now in my opinion. My experience here with 5 orders in less than 4 weeks has been more than satisfactory and more like fantastic! I order mine through the app and customize my orders with absolutely ZERO disappointment!
I’m not certain if Ms. Crystal is the manager but would have to assume so. She is absolutely phenomenal, friendly, inviting, and treats customers with the utmost respect. She definitely recognizes repeat customers but no matter what she is more than friendly and respectful to all who walk through the door. I’m not sure where her training took place, but she knows how to follow a customized online order to the last detail. She is one of the most friendly and vibrant people I’ve met in a long time in the food service industry who gives it her all every time she’s behind that counter. My coworkers have been so impressed by the quality of Jimmy John’s sandwiches and the value, to the point that SUBWAY is almost a “has been” at my workplace.
My apologies for the extended review, but I can’t say enough about Ms. Crystal and her professionalism, friendliness along with standards and excellence with customer service and product quality.
I’ve been in management for many years, and she is a true gem and needs to be recognized for her talent, dedication, and excellence in taking pride in her work each and every day even with the most difficult of customers. Thank you Crystal, I hope you get to read this or are at least recognized for your efforts; you’ve won Jimmy John’s a customer for LIFE! Thank you!

I placed an online order at 4:41 and received a call from the store telling me they were cancelling my order and sending back my payment for my online order because he stated they close at 4:30pm instead of 5pm as listed here on google. I can never catch this place open. Management should truly look into this issue!

Honestly I expected more from Jimmy John. The bread they use could be better. The turkey sandwich I got wasn’t terrible but reminds you of school cafeteria food. Would not put them over Lennys, or Subway.

This place is a joke. The employees close up and leave 45 minutes to an hour before they’re supposed to close. They are rude as hell. And I’ve never seen someone slap together a sandwich so haphazardly in my life. You’d be better off eating a gas station sandwich then going to this location. Management should fire every employee here and start over.
