I brought my wife for Breakfast here to Little Anita’s and as much as it reminds us of Albuquerque, it’s ok not the same as home. But I gotta say the sopapillas are a lot better than other New Mexican restaurants here in AZ. This is the second time we come here and we’ll keep coming as long as it’s here. Plus the service is always good. So thanks you Little Anita’s for opening up here.

I really enjoyed the great taste of New Mexican cuisine. I ate Huevos Rancheros during my first visit. The service was very fast and the food was delicious. I came back for lunch a week later and had Chicken Enchiladas. The restaurant was busier during this second visit, but the food still arrived pretty quickly. Again, the food was delicious. The staff was friendly and the prices are reasonable.

Food: The best NM style food in the Valley! Exactly what I had expected and some. The combo plate w/Xmas chile was very good. Stuffed sopa was great, and having the sopapilla provided during meal topped it off. Chips and salsa were complimentary, and the side were very tasty.

Good place to eat. I came in with high hopes with my NM roots. The chips and salsa was mild. There was no green Chile fries appetizer(a NM staple). I ordered the stuffed sopapilla, decent. Fresh sopas was great. Overall, the food was good, but with mild Chile and small portions they should change the name to “NM inspired”. Still room to grow. Thanks.

Our fav spot when my dad was stationed at KAFB in the late 80’s, so I was excited to find out that there was one here close by. Nice location, clean bathrooms, friendly hostess, nice atmosphere, loved the mural and restaurant decor, great waitress she was friendly, kept our cups refilled and offered us a to go drink. Chips and salsa were great, ordered a cup of green chile stew (no flavor) ordered the #5 Chile Relleno (xmas style) Cheese Enchilada (xmas style) Carne Adobada, Hard shell Taco (shredded beef) Rice and Beans….everything was smothered with sauces and cheese, just like I like it, but if you don’t ask them to go easy, so it was all good except the rice it was bland and seemed more like a box rice(why a 4 star and not a 5) next time I will ask for extra beans or just some lettuce and tomatoes, sopas were perfect, the staff are professional and super friendly and attentive. I will def go back it’s worth the drive, just not eating the rice ♀️

Wow I Love And Miss “Little Anita’s” Ever Since Living In New Mexico 8 Years Ago. I’m Thankful They Finally Open One Here In Phoenix Arizona. Thank You! Our Waitress Was Amazing (Maricela), Many Props To Her. She Was Very Sweet And On Top Notch Being Our Sever By Being Helpful With Our Ordering, Refilling Our Drinks, Arriving Our Requests To Our Table And Making Us Feel Like Home (family). This was one of the most amazing experiences at a restaurant I’ve had in a long time. A friend recommended Little Anita’s and was able to get me in contact late Friday evening with Rhonda from the restaurant who took my catering order for 30-40 people on super short notice and was still able to take care of me and save my granddaughter’s 3rd birthday party. The food was delicious. Thank you so much again Rhonda and staff you are top notch! Highly recommended this place….

Little Anita’s was our go to New Mexican restaurant in Albuquerque. So excited they opened in Chandler. Been 3 times in the last 3 weeks and the food and service have been FANTASTIC!!! I wanted the food to be the same as in Albuquerque and IT IS!!! So good! I can’t recommend Little Anita’s enough! Great service from everyone and the food is exactly the same as northern New Mexico Mexican food. Give it a shot!

Really love this place! It’s vibe is creative, fresh and inviting with wonderful owners that are in the people serving business for a good reason! I felt like I was family! The drink and food came out quickly and was cooked just right. Server was on top of checking in regularly. Seating and interior decor and artwork look amazing! Can’t wait to come back and enjoy their margaritas! Hot little Mexican spot in Chandler. I’ll be recommending this place to family and friends!

Visited Little Anita’s in chandler,AZ and was pleasantly surprised! I grew up on Little Anita’s in NM and this place is exactly like it is at home. The sopapillas are soft and chewing and when you put the honey on it, it is amazing! Brings me back to my childhood. I got a stuffed sopapilla with both red and green Chile. It was amazing! My daughter had tacos and she was absolutely loved them. The chips and salsa are fresh and amazing! It’s brand new to the valley and if you enjoy delicious authentic New Mexican food this is the place to go!
