First visit here. Wow, what a hidden treasure! (Except to their neighbors in Wylie, who enjoy this restaurant often) It appears they do a lot of large to go orders, but we dined in. I tried one of everything, and everything was outstanding! If I had to pick a favorite meat, it would probably be the ribs. But the brisket, unique sausage, and turkey were close seconds. Sides were awesome too. Took the leftovers home and had 4 more meals from those! The owners/operators are as friendly and welcoming as anyone could dream of. Linke’s has instantly become one of my favorite restaurants.

We enjoyed everything we sampled, the turkey and sausage were the standouts. They really did a great job giving the meats balanced flavors, so you’re tasting the meat itself and not over powered by the seasoning. In another word, the food was tasty without too much salt. The decor was on point too, the place was clean, felt open, well lit and overall just had a nice modern look with an old school vibe

I’ve been to great BBQ joints all over Texas and one of the best ones is right here in my backyard, Clint does an awesome job on everything on the menu, it’s worth a trip from anywhere…great atmosphere and a true Texas experience you should bring anyone from out of state to.

The sauce is great, but I enjoyed the brisket without it as much as with it maybe more. I was in early so it’s excused, but I had to call back to the kitchen to get served. It all melted away with the first taste of food. Good smoke and flavor. Sausage is amazing, and the pickles are really good, too. Sweet tea, also great. This is the real deal Texas BBQ!

I had the pleasure on dining on Linke’s Ribs, Brisket and sausage and it was the best B-B-Q I have eaten in years. The ribs were so lean and tender (falling off the bone) and the rub was so good you didn’t even need sauce. The brisket was tender and smoked to perfection and because I am a true sausage man I cherished every bite. No mushy sausage here just true meaty German seasoned sausage.

Outstanding food and service. Called and started an order, but had stop and call back, and they remembered the start of my order which made making the full order that much easier. The brisket is on point with my r with out sauce, very good Smokey flavor. Cole Slaw was the perfect fit. Enjoy all, you will not be disappointed.

So many good places coming to Wylie and this is a shining example! Might be the best BBQ I’ve ever had, everything was so tender and delicious! Service is excellent, hard to find places where they treat you this good. I had the turkey, lean brisket and German pork sausage with mac and cheese and everything was perfect! I’ll definitely be coming back for more

Family went after the first day of school. We wanted to try something local and different. Everything was awesome! Service was great, we got to sample some of the meat without even asking!! Food was perfect, they made sure you got what you wanted; fatty or lean brisket. I like to try the coleslaw everywhere we go and I approve! Not sweet, not too salty or vinegary, just right. They also have homemade pickles and we devoured those- light dill and crunchy! We were the only ones dinning in so it was nice and quiet. Other people came in to pick up food. Staff was attentive to make sure we had everything we wanted! We were too full for desert so we got the peach cobbler to go. Looked and smelled good too.

My husband and I stumbled across this gem today and are so glad we did! We were welcomed and given samples of their sausage when we arrived. My husband actually ordered some, which is not typical for him, but it was that good! EVERYTHING was delicious! We got turkey, brisket, ribs and sausage. All seasoned perfectly and quality side dishes. We will definitely be back.

We stopped by here on a whim and now I am kicking myself that we didn’t try it sooner! Clint was an amazing host and instantly gave us a history lesson on the food and how his recipes came about. And then he let us try a few things before we ordered! We didn’t have anything we would not eat again and again… It was all fantastic! The sausage is delicious and the peach cobbler is literally the best I have ever eaten but the hidden gem is that turkey! It melts in your mouth and you can taste the smokey goodness all the way through it. We are already planning gathering for great food and company here! You have to give this place a try!
