Subs are good. However it’s extremely frustrating that if you do a mobile order your chips are not included in the bag. This makes it way too easy to grab your bag and leave thinking everything is included, since that’s how it is with every other restaurant you do a mobile order with. However at least some heads up that you have to grab the chips on your own would be nice.

The food is good and the staff are nice, but I’ve had quite a few wrong orders or really late deliveries and the last time I got it delivered the driver seemed to not believe me that we were missing a whole sub which was really annoying. If you eat here, don’t get it delivered.

I didn’t realize a new JJ location had opened near by until I drove past a few weeks ago. This week I was hungry but uninterested in cooking anything, so I placed an order via the app. Delivery was shockingly fast despite the weather, the hand-off was perfectly executed, the sandwich was exactly what I ordered, and there was even a nice little handwritten note inside. There’s honestly not a single thing these people could have done better.
