Bought 2 bottles and a hookah and was still given terrible service. Waitress only came 2x. Once to take the order and the second time to leave the bottles. Never came back. Had to go around asking for her and no one knew where she was. I asked to be moved and was told no. The DJ music kept cutting off with ton of feedback. An hour in , music went completely off from where we were at and no one would do anything about it even though I brought it to their attention. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Great club in a classic location in Washington Ave. Hookah at every table, beautiful bartenders, and a great hiphop DJ. Added bonus, they have dudes making street food tacos so you won’t starve. I felt old going there but y’all will love it.

The worst experience and service ever. They sat us in the patio at the back and they turned off all the speakers (only the patio) around 10:30pm, leaving everyone in the back sections without music. We paid for two bottles and our waitress never showed up after that. We left around 11:30 because they refused to move us. Pay a lot of money for horrible service. Never going back.

Overall good bar just gets super packed. DJ called out $5 Mexican candy shots, we went to the bar where a gentleman helped us out after ordering 6 shots. We went to the lady beside him within 3 min and she charged us full price for the shots. We addressed it to her and she told us that the $5 shots are only good for 10 min. It hadn’t even been 10 min since we took the first batch of $5 shots.

Worst service I have experience so far! Take your money somewhere else. Came here with a group of friends and sat at one of the many tables NOT labeled as reserved only to be removed after making a large purchase of drinks and hookah. We only found out of the bottle “requirement” once the waitress came over with another group and told us to move. Was not given the opportunity to keep the table by making the purchase. None of the other tables had bottles either.. What kind of service is that?

I was in Houston for my birthday weekend, a table was reserved for sunday brunch. Upon arrival, they could not find the reservation and sat us in the back. Not even 30 minutes later, another waitress told us that we had to move due to the next reservation arriving, she was really rude and said the manager wanted us to be kicked out. Which we never saw her even go into the office, she went straight to the security. We just wanted our waitress, she didn’t even let us stay till our waitress got there. Our waitress was sweet, and tried finding us another table. The security guard was also nice, he said to give him a few minutes to see what he could do, he did more than the manager did. Not once did we ever see the manager come and try to resolve this issue! So just because you make a reservation doesn’t mean the table is guaranteed to be yours!!!

By far the worst experience ever! Came from the valley on Memorial Day weekend , we made a reservation beforehand on Sunday, we get there and they didn’t have a table for us . We finally get seated outside, ordered a mimosa tower and not in 30 mins in a waitress that isn’t ours comes to us with attitude saying we have to leave because this isn’t our table and someone already made a reservation. We asked to speak to the manager and he never showed his face . Save your time and money ! This was NOT worth it

Don’t come here….got here early for my sister bday. Sat at the tables that were not reserved order some hookah. Mind you no one else had order in that section! Next thing you know they are moving us because one of the waiters friends supposedly had order a bottle (which I never saw).Out of all the tables in that section. If that’s the case don’t open it to the public just get business from your waiters!!!

Came out on a beautiful Sunday afternoon to enjoy Sunday Funday. Great setup for beautiful weather. The bouncer was very nice and inviting. My server Dez was sweet. Unfortunately, my debacle with my mimosa tower kinda tainted my experience. It was served entirely flat. I then notified my server Dez to see if they could swap it out (didn’t even drink a third of the glass) and the manager insisted that we buy an entirely new one. I asked to speak to the manager myself but he ‘wasn’t here’. She had to communicate with him via phone and he insisted on there being nothing he could do. I think it’s rather interesting that on a big day such as Super Bowl Sunday there wasn’t a manager . Either way, I felt like it was an excuse to avoid speaking with me lol. I promise I’m not a trouble maker but as a person that works in customer service I don’t like feeling dismissed or like I’m being problematic for expressing a concern. Could just be a one off but I likely wouldn’t return.
