This is my go to deli in Manahawkin. I’ve ordered dozen bagels three times and all three times were delicious. They’re so soft and fresh tasting. I don’t get why the other places around always have rock hard bagels. But this place soft and great flavors. I’ve also ordered chicken salad blt for lunch and it’s always fresh. My coworkers always ask where I get the bagels from, they made 5 customers from my order today. Love this place!

The Lighthouse Deli is such a wonderful addition to Surf City. Our very first experience was getting a quick lunch for the beach. My Cobb Salad was fresh and amazingly flavorful. The sandwiches and Italian hot dog was equally as good. Our next try was bagels early one morning. To say they get it right is an understatement. Not only were the bagels superb but the coffee was a nice complement to the bagels. The food is amazing. The staff is friendly and attentive. The owner Mike was equally as attentive and beyond friendly. Definitely a worth a trip if you are in Surf City! Good Luck- we will see you next year!

Stopped in for a quick Italian sub while running errands. Service was super fast and they could not have been nicer!! Sandwich was delicious – perfect amount of meat, fresh roll, and shredded lettuce (a personal fav!). Will definitely be back and will be sure to check out the Surf City location as well!

As a New Jersey native, and therefore obviously a natural bagel connoisseur, I have to say that the turkey bacon egg and cheese from lighthouse deli was hands down the best bagel sandwich I have ever had. Took me 30 years to find this place but I am so happy I did. Loaded with meat, cheese, and egg. Doesn’t skimp like plenty of other bagel shops and the flavor is outstanding. Definitely recommend!!

Absolutely love this place. The owners, Nancy & Mike, and the girls that work there are awesome. Whether you order a hot or cold sandwich, salad, or anything else on the menu you’ll get more than your money’s worth. Portions are generous and everything is so good. I am a very picky eater and always ask to omit some things and add others to menu items… In other words, I’m one of those annoying customers, but they are so kind and never refuse my special requests. It’s a favorite of our office for lunch.

I was passing by this place yesterday and decided to look it up.. so I looked at their menu and saw they had something called “The Ultimate breakfast sandwich” so this morning I came in gave it a shot! Not only was the sandwich Ultimate but so was the service! The employees the second I came in had smiles and we’re very nice! Thank you so much for the ultimate sandwi h and the ultimate experience! My boyfriend and I get bagels for breakfast about 3 times a week, we usually go to another place nearby but paying in only cash like most bagel places is a bit annoying. Found Lighthouse Deli today on google and decided to give it a try, I don’t think we will ever go to another place. The bagels are soo soft and the bacon egg and cheese was sooo good, definitely going to be a regular! And they take card!!

Family got the cheesesteak sub and it was good. It had flavor and they use a nice Italian sesame roll which adds a lot of flavor. I am glad we found this place because a lot of pizzeria places are starting to have poor quality subs.
