Dined in on Saturday 2/28/26 at approximately 12pm til 1245pm ! Leadership employees were scurrying around aimlessly lost , no name tags , could have walked in off the street , attempting to lead the restaurant , don’t know!! Heard numerous times the issue about the ice machine being down from a lead person at the front , however I quote “ Not her problem “ no sign put up addressing the issue , chili was at best below luke warm!! Busy and couldn’t keep up , seen two leadership persons just leave , come out to the lobby pick up a backpack and leave. This restaurant needs updating, no access to plastic wear , condiment station seemed not to exist. Close for a bit and start over!!!

If I could give no stars I would first greeted with girl scouts no biggie till they r so loud you cant enjoy your meal and kept looking at you! Second the floor was so sticky in the dinning area it was gross! No ketchup no ice just overall disgusting!!

It’s exactly what you would expect, being in Hartville. The staff is friendly and goes above and beyond what is typically expected. The food was fresh and good quality. I drove a few extra minutes to come here instead of another Wendy’s because I knew Hartville would give a better experience for a date with my daughters.

Set a machine does not work properly no ice, restaurants are dirty. The carpet in the dining room needs to replace, its dirty and sticky. Food was good

Literally stood there waiting to order and staff basically ignored me. They were more interested in taking care of their friends who had come in. After 5 minutes of standing there I told my family we were wasting our time and we left. Service in general I think for dining in Fast food restaurants has become non existent. Poor service and long waits!!

Horrible experience! I am not a fan of Wendy’s to begin with but my son loves it, so I bit the bullet. NEVER AGAIN!! My baked potato was hard as a rock. Broke my fork trying to break it up. They didn’t give me my sour cream. Luckily I had some at home. I tried to soften the potato with butter and sour cream but it was still too hard. It also took forever to get our food. They had me pull forward and we sat there for quite some time before they finally brought the food out.

When I walked in, someone brought potatoes in and said, “here are your potatoes,” and walked out. I was told I had to wait to order after she took an order for 5 people in front of us. I waited 10 minutes and had to ask, “Can I order now?” We ordered. I went to the bathroom; very nasty, had an air freshener on the counter. The walls have clear tape on them. Another guy had to wait 15 mins. Oh, your pop machine isn’t working in the waiting area as well. Oh, your pop machine isn’t working in the waiting area as well. It only took 20 mins for them to make my food: 2 fries, 2 sandwiches, and a potato.

Got there at 10:20 am
Still breakfast i guess. Wanted chix tenders and baked potato. Was told that I couldn’t order before 10:30. She actually had to call someone else over to ask her. Both were rude. I said since its only 10 min. Can I order my food and pay for it. Then you can make it when u can after 10:30. Alot of drama for me first thing today but they took my money and order. Rating for me is a 1. Sorry not sorry !!!!!!

Order carryout on the app and show up 20 minutes later. They haven’t even looked at the order. No one will even look at you. 10 minutes later they ask what you want. 15 minutes later you have your food. Seems impossible when you have 5 employees and it’s slow….

I went there a little less than 2 hours before closing and they had already closed frosty machine because the wanted to clean ahead of time. Seems a bit early to close it down for the night and it was the entire reason we had gone there! 🙁
