Customer service wasn’t pleasant just may I take your order. When I got home my sandwich wasn’t cut, the majority of my sandwich was in the paper wrapper and not inside the bread. I wasn’t able to eat it because for some reason my large chicken Philly was extremely salty. Which I don’t understand, I have never experienced this problem before at any Lenny’s. Money wasted.

Charmaine has fantastic customer service and the young Latin guy who made our sandwiches did a superb job. I wasn’t sure what to expect walking in 25min before closing but I’m glad I chose this for a late meal. I’m visiting from out of town and good service can be hard to come by.

Ordered ahead of time online with a scheduled pickup. Interior was closed with no signage why, & was told I had to wait in the drive thru line behind other cars while my already ready food gets cold. # takeaway, don’t tip online ahead of time.
