This is very much a drive thru focused location. Food is reliable, service is decent, but dining in is not recommended. Not what you’d call a clean or hygienic environment, the bathrooms in particular.

If I could give a zero star, that would be most befitting! Ordered 8 pies via drive through and were given 7. We parked the car in their parking lot right beside the delivery counter, came over right away with the bag, and showed them the discrepancy. The manager would not touch the bag and said we must have eaten one!! “There were 8 pies in the oven, we took all out and put in your bag,” the manager said.

i am a dasher. i was walking in and someone held the door for me so i wasn’t aware that the door was locked(if it was. i assume so because of what she goes on to say). i walked up to the counter (and i believe it was a manager because she had on a different shirt) but an older white lady with a ponytail looked at me like this and said “um the lobby is closed”. with an attitude. before i could even get out a word, i hadn’t even walked all the way up to the counter yet. i said “… so do i go in the drive through to pick up a doordash”(because most times you can’t) and she said “uhh yeah because that probably isn’t even ready yet”, with an attitude. now i work in food service myself and i am very patient and understanding with workers when i am doordashing. i have never written a review but the way she looked and spoke to me was very VERY rude and unprofessional.

We went inside to eat at 5:15 and didn’t get our order until 5:35. The staff was trying, but seemed to be focusing on drive through guests rather than eat-in. Definitely not FAST food.

Yesterday I had a horrible experience with Chipotle. They discriminated against me after giving me food that wasn’t fresh. I came here, was greeted with a smile and my food was hot. Thank you so much. I will be back on future lunch breaks.

Bathrooms were disgusting. Looked like toilets had overflowed and only a wet floor sign. No clean up. We didn’t bother with food after seeing that mess.

Nuggets were not ready, so they parked me at window 2, then forgot me. After ten minutes I had to look up their phone number and call them from my car. After two calls they brought me a cheeseburger, huh? After the 3rd phone call I finally got my nuggets.
