Lovely french place in the neighborhood. Try their quiche and french onion soup.

This place might just have the best coffee in New York. Le Moulin is my go to place for meeting friends for coffee or a light meal. The quiche is excellent and the almond cake is yummy. They also carry a few food items from France. I love the Vichy Mints.

Came here with my family for Brunch. I ordered the Croissant du Moulin, which was pretty standard – egg, bacon and cheese sandwiches in a croissant, with a side salad. The side salad was kind of bland, but it was fine. Overall, it tasted like something one can get from a deli, nothing special. I also tried some of the omelette and lamb sausages (which I really liked actually) from other plates. The main attractor of the place is definitely it’s cozy atmosphere and wonderful service! The employees are super welcoming, which makes it a fun spot.

My first time at a French restaurant with my friend who’s a French food expert. Tried escargots for the first time and loved it.

This is a sweet, cozy place. If you go inside you go to the back which opens up into a cozy and sunny,( due to skylight) room. The food is simple but well done french basics.

This place is just around the corner from us and we tried it for the first time today. Service is blah! They don’t greet you or even smile when you walk in. I stood at the counter to order and it took them at least 3 minutes to acknowledge me, and there were two of them behind the counter. I ordered an avocado toast with fried eggs medium well, not too runny, and it came out over easy. My husband had the croissant with eggs, cheese and bacon and that was delicious. The coffee is also pretty good – strong and smooth. We sat outside to eat and they don’t really check on you after you get your food. We asked about a coffee refill and the waiter was short with us, not friendly at all. It’s a place we’ll try it again, because the food was good, albeit the egg being runnier than I prefer, but maybe next time, we’ll just take the food to go. They also have a great selection of pastries that by the looks of them, are probably worth trying.

Great brunch spot! Cozy vibes and delicious food. Only slight negative is that they don’t take American Express. Overall great and I’ll definitely be back.
