After my overnight shift went to Wendy’s to grab some breakfast. Manager got the order wrong which wasn’t a problem until he gave me attitude and was very disrespectful when I asked him to make it right. I was trying to ask for a manager to put in a complain for his unethical behavior. Turns out he was the manager or so he claims. In the middle of me trying to ask him questions he continues to keep shutting the drive through window in my face everytime I tired to ask a question. Very poor service at this location.

This is a great Wendy’s to stop in at. They have great customer service. Fast and good food. Definitely stop here. They just started a new, different sauce type for their nuggets. It’s definitely worth a try. The Asst. Gm is a great manager.

We were hungry when we passed by this restaurant and bought two meal sets, one for an adult and one for a child. We went to the driveway to order. When we were ordering, for some reason the waiter suddenly became very rude and aggressive and asked us which ones we wanted. My family of three was stunned. We didn’t understand why he had to be so aggressive. Don’t treat us like gods. At least talk to us like friends.

Hair in my food. When i told the manager he started mocking me because i didn’t want my food remade but a full refund. He then began arguing with my minor sister even after i told him she was a minor and to stop engaging with her. still didn’t give me a full refund. disgusting.

It was uncrowded when I decided to try a “once every five years” sausage biscuit at this location.
Thank you to the lovely wombyn working here for helping me to clarify what I wanted to order. 2 sausage biscuits with no egg for only $3! How? The food was hot, fresh, and delicious. If I could eat food with so much flavor every day and be thin, I would definitely do it! Those two biscuits sustained me throughout the day as I put the second one in the cooler and saved it for the evening meal.
The interior was very clean and comfortable, as well as the washrooms. Thank you for a nice breakfast 🙂

Well. Since I wrote my initial 5-star review many months ago, I have twice been shorted in my order, most recently yesterday. They shorted me an order of nuggets as part of the “4 for $4” promotion inside a $12 order. Not a giant order, not tiny. I called to let them know. I’m not turning around my car to fetch a buck’s worth of nuggets.
Regardless of the cleanliness of the store or the temperature of the food, or the friendliness of the staff, if you don’t actually put the food in the bag effectively robbing me, you earn a 1 star review.
They get one more chance with me to pay attention. There’s another Wendy’s 3 miles down the same road.

This is a newer Wendy’s. They are clean fresh and hot. Well, their food is clean fresh and hot. The staff is quite professional and always gets my order right on the first try. One of the better Wendy’s around for sure.
