Yall bogus The Crunchwrap was significantly underfilled. It was mostly tortilla with very little chicken, rice, and toppings inside. The ingredients were not layered properly and the portion size did not match what this item normally includes never again oh, and no, I didn’t eat it. Disgusting.

This is ridiculous I have never had a problem like this b4. Placed an online order and picked it up went to work n get there to eat n my seven layer burritos was missing a layer. No meat the my double stack tacos hand half of the taco meat n the others barely anything in them. I dnt eat taco bell alot just had the taste for it last night. But this is probably b the last time I eat it. Well I contacted corporate thru email two times so far they have not responded back to me.

Terrible service. All my food was horrible.. the chicken was cold and old and the cheese wasn’t even melted. When I tried to call the manager he hung up on me. Do better cause this was a waste of my money. Next time I’ll go to a different Taco Bell. Also, pretty sure the managers name is Brandon and right before he hung up I heard somebody say “just hang up” like so unprofessional.

The food was great. The girl tionne at the register was very rude. We spoke clearly into the com she put the wrong items we didn’t even say on there. When we told her that we didn’t want to order it she wasn’t listening. We proceeded to list the items we wanted. And she said yeah that’s on there. Still not realizing. Finally she fixed it. We got to the window. Gave her my card was greeted with the dirtiest look. She hands it back and just stared so we asked for our receipt to make sure we weren’t charged for items we didn’t order. She then yelled out card declined. (It had more than enough to cover the bill) With the smuggest face. Have a strong feeling it’s because of our frustration at the coms. Still. Not okay. Could tell it was done out of pettyness or slamming my card in the reader. We asked for mild sauce. She gave us all diablo and hot 🙂 so yeah. First bad experience I’ve had there but mainly do to the worker.

Employees have turned off online ordering so that customers are forced into not placing orders. Called to ask if they could turn it on since online says they’re closed and they said they’ve received orders online …. Well tell that to the customer trying to order food online. 0 stars. Person who answered had a shotty attitude and should be fired. Will never ever return. Thank you for making that decision easy.

Always check your bag. Your order being correct depends on who is at the window at the time some of these workers don’t care at all but some are very kind and actually do care if they get your order right. You can usually tell by their attitude if they care or not.

Turned my 1 star review into a 5 star. I used to have problems every time I came to this taco bell, I’d always avoid it to go to the one in portage on US 6 right down the road. Now, it’s turned around and it is spectacular! Brandon (I’m assuming he’s the GM) is present and very involved and customer service seems to be a top priority to him. Very happy this taco bell got turned around!
