We had a fantastic experience here. The girl at the counter was helpful in helping us order. We had the beef platter, spicy eggplant, chicken shwarma wrap, zaatar pie and the meat pie. Everything was delicious. Food came out fast which was great as we were hungry. Everything was delicious! There seemed to be many vegetarian options but they were also halal so that was great. I would highly recommend.

This is an amazing place to grab a healthy and robust meal either on the go or to sit down. It’s become a favorite pit stop for my wife and I between Boston and Pennsylvania. The best things here are Layla’s fries and the garlic sauce.

We have always heard great things about Layla’s Falafel, so we were thrilled when we finally had the opportunity to stop at their Stamford location. In just a couple bites, we knew they were high in the ranks of the middle eastern spots we’ve dined at in the state! The lamb was so tender in the Shish kabob platter, and the hummus and garlic dip were both so flavorful. I loved the Layla’s bowl option, where I ordered the “shwafel” – half falafel, half chicken shawarma. The prices were reasonable, and the staff brought out our food so quickly. No frills, just good food! We will definitely be back!

I have been here one month ago. We ordered Falafel and Spinach roll/sandwich. Both were very delicious. The specific sour taste of spinach with onions were fantastic. Although it was a small restaurant, it was clean and the food were good.

I love Layla’s Falafel and make a point to grab my food fix here whenever I’m passing by! The staff are very friendly and the flavors are immaculate!! Generous servings and you’ve got to try the Zaatar slice

(Update) I was unsure about the food being halal, but spoke to the owner and he ensured me that all meat is halal. Bacon here, for example, is halal turkey bacon, etc.

This little place was super busy and it is easy to understand why once you try the food! The falafel was phenomenal, possibly the best I have ever had. The lamb shawarma and hummus was delicious as well. I think they must make their own pita in house as well because it was so fresh tasting and warm.
