My first time trying their loaded fries and boy was i impressed. I go the Mac and bar bq fries and it was good. It was alot too. I got so full but couldn’t put it down. I wanted a lil snack but that lil tray was a meal. I was satisfied. Next i will try the Thai fries… they cook it fresh to order so have patience its worth it. the chicken chunks were hot and crispy. everything meshed together so good. Definitely coming back

They’re food is tasty but their menu descriptions are way off In terms of heat levels. I ordered the basket with Nashville hot tenders and it was like a 7 or 8 out of 4. So hot I had to literally gargle under the faucet to spit out the mucus forming from the spices.

The food was really good but the service needs a lot of improvement. Customers need to be treated with respect and kindness. The people behind the counter were just there. The food buzzer were thrown on the counter instead of being handed to me. Yes, thrown at the counter. The food takes at least 20 minutes to come out and condiments were not included. We went there twice and that was it for us.

However they must have hygiene issues with their staff not washing their hands. Caught a stomach virus after eating these fries. And I know this because it was the only thing I ate that day. Wash your hands before you handle peoples food. Thanks.

I don’t know who is giving great reviews for this place, but for frozen fries and a can of corn. I can do that at home. Super bad customer service I waited 25 mins for this fries and so expensive
