My husband and i first met Nick around 1963 when he had his first pizza shop on Belmont Avenue. It was the best ever pizza and all these years later he is still producing the best pizza in our area. So very happy he is back in Boardman and you will not be disappointed guaranteed. Try him if you haven’t , it will put a smile on your face . Thanks Nick for all the good years of Italian food.

Wow I forgot how DELICIOUS their food was. God bless Mr. Lavanty who I really enjoyed talking with yesterday and going down Memory Lane.Hes our Paisano/ family and we talked about my Dads family and his growing up a few homes away from each other in Briar Hill.I remember because we lived there on Dearborn street when I was a child ,while our home was being built on the Westside.And I’m so glad I stopped when I saw the Lavantys sign and the Stross malt sign. That pizza was so delicious and tonight I’m going back for the cavatell& meatballs. My family loves my sause and pasta but I love the Lavantys too and it gives me a break and such great memories of the Wonderful families in Briar Hill and of my parents who have passed on now.God bless them.And Thank you Mr. Lavanty for keeping that delicious recipe of yours alive for everyone to enjoy. Stop in and get a taste of their delicious food and re visit those Good old days we all remember with much love .

Really disappointing trip here. First their menu is very, very limited. 2nd they take only cash, which would have been nice to be told when we ordered instead of getting stuck with a $2 fee using the ATM conveniently located in their business. The food was not good. I don’t know what they made their meatballs out if but they tasted weird. The roll was hard to chew and they wrapped them in aluminum foil and the cheese stuck to the foil. The sausage, pepper and onions sandwiches were hot…taste wise..I mean very hot. They serve nothing to go with their sandwiches so we had to go get fries somewhere else. Not happy at all…

The pizza was over cooked, waayy to much grease and almost no sauce at all. it was cooked by some girl who obviously doesn’t know what she’s doing and or doesn’t give a sh*t. Payed $14 honestly I think Pizza Hut could’ve done a better job.
