They have delicious kringle that tastes like a filled donut all wrapped in to one amazing pastry! They also have a variety of cakes and cookies with beautiful and fun designs. Right down the road from the hospital to brighten someone’s day! All with friendly and fast service!

The donuts are deliciously soft and fresh tasting! When you go inside and look, it’s hard to tell what kind of the donuts are just by looking at them. I didn’t know what was filled with what nothing was labeled. No clue if there was raspberry filled. I opted for a nut pershing and a chocolate ring; tge chocolate is too sweet. Would be a perfect match with a cup of their coffee, ice or hot!

Wow! After staying up all night with a loved one in the hospital, the cream-filled cronut rescued my morning. I had no idea such a thing existed. Friendly service.

Lane’s is the best bakery in town for one reason – black and white cookies! Chewy and delicious, with clearly separate tastes to the black and white frosting. Brings me right back to childhood and my favorite local bakery treat!

The place was very clean. It’s huge. Everything is in its own place. Cookies with cookies, cakes with cakes, donuts with donuts. Very organized. The person who waited on me did his job, could have been a little friendlier. Donuts were good but a little pricey. I would go back.

I had read the reviews mentioning the “woman with the eyebrows” being rude, and I had the same experience. The cookies were amazing, but the service was significantly lacking. Nothing in the case was labeled, so I was asking a number of questions to determine what kind of cookies were in the case. The employee seemed highly inconvenienced by my questions and was short and dismissive with me. I bought two dozen cookies and was criticized for not calling ahead for “such a large amount”. She didn’t seem to want my business. I was visiting from out of town, and this bakery was recommended to me. Based on this experience, I don’t have need or reason to return.

Service was terrible! I wanted to buy cookies for my 4 year old grandson. The woman was at the register and stated she could help who was next. I said we wanted some cookies and she became extremely agitated. Her demeanor was rude and irritated. If I hadn’t had my grandson with me we would have left. Suffice it to say, we got the cookies and left. Prices are great but the cookies were flavorless and dry. It was a disappointment all the way around.

Visited this place on a whim as I was passing through and asked if they would pack the cookies so they didn’t crumble while I was traveling. The lady was very friendly and took the extra time to do a thorough job. They made it through TSA and the plane ride, they were in perfect shape when I got back to St. Louis!
