I have been going to laffs for years, along the years, there have been countless cooks, servers etc… when you tell the owner, between cooks, things are wrong, she basically tells you to go somewhere else, has an attitude with you, if you complain about anything. Further more their kitchen burned down, they were down for around 7 to 9 months, upon reopen the AC wasn’t working, and today I went in there and their bathrooms, the only two in the building were both closed ! The place supposedly just got inspected to code, obviously that was a lie, it needs to be shut down until the owner of the company cares enough about its customers to run a legitimate business and restaurant!! Period !! When the food is on it’s good, but that’s pending what cook on what week, prior to reopen !! I want to add, I don’t promote bad reviews in a local town, local business, and hopefully it can change, but the owner doesn’t care about you or it’s staff, or her building being up to spec for its customers! Their bathrooms prior to remodel were gross, now don’t even work. For all the servers and cooks that have been there, customers mistreated by the owner, you’re welcome for this post ! Have a better day !

Wow! I was told about the huge tenderloins here, they were right! I’m originally from shh..Indiana but having lived all over the US including Oregon, no one had ever heard of a tenderloin ♀️ well, I sure got a good one today! Visit Laff’s in downtown Germantown…take a walk and enjoy the old architecture too!!

Shouldn’t have reopened since they are short staffed. I feel sorry for the 2 waitresses/bartender that were working. Food was wrong and took a hour to get our meal with very little to no customers. This review is for the owner of laffs, not the employees.
