Well this place was a fantastic lunch spot food was up quick and was delicious service by Sherry was 5 star polite and quick great smile. This place is the neighborhood spot to me patio is covered for outdoor eating but inside is split in two with a bar and a few tables and music on the other was very quite and more like a diner. The slabs of fresh feta and the sauces made this plate a deal at $18 for whats in the pictures was like lunch and a dinner would I go again absolutely I honestly cant wait till my job has me back in that area I will 100% be getting that. My coworker took one bite into his gyro and gave that look of satisfaction after his bite he said this is delicious he has never had Greek food I hope this helps anyone looking for that spot to make your spot cause its mine now.

A family owned local treasure! It’s off the beaten path but worth the drive; all ingredients and breads are homemade and the lively atmosphere is great for a group or a quiet evening out. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful and will make sure your drinks are always full. Huge number of vegetarian options as well as traditional Greek food.

So I skimmed the reviews of the past 5 months and was hearing some pretty negative comments. I figured I would give it a try again. Always been happy with mad Greek in the past. I was a loyal customer back in the days when I would give the owners a hard time by telling them I wanted “jojos” ,never do that! This time around I had Ryan as my server and he was very welcoming as I sat down. The food was great! I had the Pondo gyro and Greek fries. Plenty of meat and very well seasoned. “Don’t listen to the others that say it’s bland. They must lick salt for a living. Anyway great experience on all aspects. Would recommend them to anyone that likes a traditional gyro.

Outdoor seating is terrific in all seasons and service is usually on point, if not a little slow at times. The real problem is for the price, the food is extremely mid. It’s good, certainly, but not $16 for a sandwich with no fries or chips good.

I came into this place 02/20/26 for happy hour. No happy hour menu given. We ordered our drinks and feta salad and feta fries. Our server Olivia and co worker more concerned about personal lives than customer service. It’s been a couple since last here, but I will not be back!! Plenty of places to go like across the street bar. So thank you (Not) Olivia and co worker.

Good gyro , pizza and beer . Stop there with friends from work on my way back to the city. Vibe was chill and service was nice. Would recommend for a casual lunch or dinner if you’re in the mood for Greek food

Man this place is great. Really love the food. There is a reason the menu states, “The sandwich your grandparents still talk about!” For the Mad Greek Sandwich — I don’t have grandkids but when I do I’ll be telling them about this amazing sandwich. Great atmosphere, top-notch food, great alcohol selection, and awesome staff!

Mad Greek Deli has decent gyro meat and the food is fine overall, but the pricing choices really kill the experience. Charging extra for sauce feels petty, especially when sauce is a basic, expected part of a gyro. It’s not a premium add-on, it’s the thing that makes the sandwich work.
What makes it more frustrating is that plenty of other local gyro spots include sauce by default and are far more generous with portions. Places nearby manage to load up a gyro without nickel-and-diming customers over condiments, and you walk away feeling like you got your money’s worth.
Mad Greek isn’t terrible, but between smaller portions and paying extra for sauce, it’s hard to justify choosing it when other local gyro joints do the basics better and treat customers a little more fairly.
