I recently had the pleasure of dining at La Parrilla Mexican Restaurant for a birthday celebration. Despite a last-minute increase in our party size, the accommodating manager made sure we were comfortably seated at two long tables. While the drinks and food did take a bit longer to arrive, it was understandable given the size of our group.

Honestly, this is a classic Mexican restaurant. I’ve never had a bad meal here. The wait staff is pretty friendly. It’s normally always busy. I really enjoy the margaritas. The burritos were on the smaller side but it came with rice and beans. I will be back. I definitely recommend to try if you haven’t been.

It looked really nice inside. Great wait staff. They were very jovial and nice. The restaurant was cold. Maybe they were having heater trouble with the coldest day in three years. Who knows. But the food more than made up for the chilly onbeance.

The atmosphere was good…it was my first time there even though I have lived nearby for 20 years but good 1st experience and I would go back. The service was solid although the waitress disappeared for a little while but everyone was welcoming and friendly. I had the Texas Nachos and I know everything is bigger in TX but to me the pieces of meat and the veggies need to be a little smaller in a nacho dish. Also there was not enough quest on the dish and trust I know it can sink to the bottom but not even there. I did not get to try the drinks but everyone else said they were great. Will be returning again and hope to try a different dish.

This place is awesome. The hostesses were very friendly and seated us immediately. Our server was Ernesto and he was impeccable. He anticipated everything we needed before we asked for it, checked on us consistently and anything we requested, we received it promptly. The food was good and the atmosphere was inviting. Can’t wait to go back!

This place has absolutely amazing food. But not nearly enough seating. There are no outside options and an incredibly small dining area. The service was good, though. Just be prepared to wait and wait to be seated

We tried La Parrilla for the first time, and long story short, we’ll be back! Nice atmosphere! Great drinks! Delicious food! Amazing service! I’ve never felt so welcome at a dining establishment! The manager on duty was worried that I didn’t like my food because there was so much left on my plate, but I’d gotten really full and was waiting on to-go boxes! I assured her that our experience had been perfect and that it was the first of many visits to their establishment. Before we left, she personally thanked us for our visit and brought out a yummy dessert (sopapillas)! Please disregard my terrible photo as it is not a reflection of the dish we were presented with. If you haven’t already, please give them a try! You won’t be disappointed! Thank you, Angela, Elvira, and the entire La Parrilla staff!
