Typically, I get better service at Rosa’s. But this was extremely bad. My number came up on the screen telling me it was ready when I got to the counter. They just laughed because they had several orders to make before mine. I saw them make the order wrong and said something. But they reassured me it was correct, and I was mistaken. When I got to the table with the food, We unwrapped it, and the taco was made wrong. I took it back to the counter. And they wanted to see my receipt, which clearly said no tomatoes, so they said OK, we will remake it, but then they told me they’re out of chicken.. By the way, this was one and a half hours before closing. I asked for a refund, and they said we’ll give you a fajita meat chicken at no extra cost to you. My girlfriend prefers the shredded chicken. I said that’s not much of a deal. I should get a refund and that and they laughed at me. At that point, it was obvious they were not gonna help me. So I took the fajita chicken and we left the restaurant.

I think this is the best Rosa’s I’ve ever eaten at. I got the beef soft tacos & they were awesome. The food was hot & I had to eat the beans & rice right away. They were busy for 2 pm & I now know why. Impressed!

Very good place. Have been very pleased with this location as it is near to where I work and we have gotten the big fajita plates for years. Always ridiculously consistent. But please always double check that the order is accurate before you leave because sometimes the little details are missed (missing honey with the sopapillas, giving one little thing of salsa when you order $100 worth of fajitas, etc). Will keep coming here!

Wow!! I was blown away by the great food, staff, service, and clean restaurant! The menu is out of this world! Sooooo much to choose from! My husband and I both ordered the Combo Nachos. The cost for those are only about $8.75 each. The Nachos were extremely good!! We also ordered the Carrot Cake!! Yummy I was very surprised when I walked in, the service was great, and everyone of the staff there was very helpful and informative about the menu, and anything else you wanted or needed to know! The restaurant is very clean inside and out. We do have to wear our mask, and keep the 6 feet distance. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants great Mexican food I will be returning!❤

Went to the drive through and got a regular and large drink with my order. However, the cup was filled nearly to the brim with ice, so both drink were finished in the same time it would take to finish a small drink. I paid for a soft drink and not a cup full of ice. Don’t cheat people out of what they paid for.

This is just the best fast casual Mexican restaurant in the metroplex. Great service nice people good food and a very clean place. And the pricing is spectacular. Their taco salad is the best $6.50 meal that I found anywhere in North fort Worth.

My experience was awful, I ordered a plate from the picture and they served me something else. I took it back, and asked for a refund, supposedly they refunded my card. But I have not seen that refund back for the food I returned. I returned it within seconds of receiving it, did not even touch it. I immediately went to the cashier and they processed the card to give me the money back, but yet I have not received it.

The food is great. I’ll give it that, and the place can get a bit loud that the cashier placed my order wrong. Fortunately, they fixed my order promptly. The tortilla maker does make a squeaky noise. If you get easily annoyed with noise, I don’t recommend eating in.
