This cake looked beautiful, and I was excited to taste it. Upon tasting the cake, I have never experienced such displeasure in my life. The icing tasted like medicine. I immediately contacted the bakery and was told the owner wasn’t there. My information was left for the owner; I never received a return call. A week later, I’ve tried calling 3 different times and the owner wasn’t there. I would not buy a doughnut from this bakery. Find another bakery!

La France bakery went above and beyond to create a Fruity Pebbles tres leches birthday cake for my daughter. It wasn’t on the menu, but Gino was willing to give it a try as long as I brought a few supplies and a recipe for an idea. The cake was beautiful and tasted AMAZING. Gino you did an exceptional job! Bought some cake slices, macarons, and a sprinkle cookie. The cookie was dry, crumbly, and had zero flavor. The cake slices were meh. And the macarons were also just mediocre.

TERRIBLE! Look at the picture (Minnie Mouse Cake) and tell me that 1/4 sheet cake is worth $50. Couldn’t even get “Happy Birthday” right. The owner doesn’t listen to any of your requests for the cake. As far as taste goes, I would say a little above “Average”. Definitely not French.

The $150 cake we ordered for my mom’s 80th birthday was made horrible. This bakery gave me a poorly made cake, it was 2 levels but had no support in the cake. The baker is either new or just don’t care. I don’t recommend them and wish i never went, they ruined such a special event. I have ordered cakes from them before and was pleased but the quality has changed and now their cakes are made poorly and taste bad.
