We saw this place at a glance while going to New Port Richie to check out a car. Been car shopping all day. My favorite puertorrican place has been viejo San Juan in Orlando for years, and have been looking for a good place around here to sit and eat. I have to say I am very impressed with their food. I am very, very picky when it comes to beans. Till today I have only ate from three people ever, myself, my sister in law and one of my cousins.

Very nice experience. I highly recommend getting the appetizer platter. My skirt steak was very delicious. They have an option for a stuffed steak but the toppings are on top instead of inside.

Our server was very nice. The food was not. Mofongo was so salty, also why is there bacon in every single dish they have?? We had the chicken mofongo, the chicken was dry and not well seasoned, also there was hardly enough of the garlic sauce, although the sauce was decent. The white rice and red beans were good. The fried plantains were a bit dry too. Overall i just wasn’t very happy unfortunately, it was all very mediocre. Despite all of this said, the portion sizes were actually pretty good, me and my partner split everything and we were full.

Don’t sleep on this place. High end Puerto Rican food at an affordable price. We had the fried pork mofongo, rice and beans and steak turnovers. Everything was AMAZING. We thought the place had just opened it was so clean. We will make the drive for this place ten times over.

Delicious Puerto Rican food. I never liked morcilla in Cleveland. I tried it here… omg. Game changer! All the rices were good… best out of three was the arroz y gandules. Fried pork and fried chicken were crispy and delicious. Grilled pork chops were super tasty.
