Social Profile:

Bring the whole family to our Davenport, IA location On Jan. 7, 2004, La Flama made its debut in the Quad Cities. Our first Mexican restaurant was a hole-in-the-wall establishment in Moline, IL, and we quickly outgrew it thanks to our flavorful dishes and welcoming atmosphere. We relocated across the river to Davenport, IA in September 2016, but we soon outgrow that space, too.

Our organization hired La Flama for a reunion event and they were AMAZING!!! They pull up right alongside our property, served easily 150 people. The service was friendly, the orders came out quickly and the food was DELICIOUS!!! They were great to work with from start to finish. Our large crowd were absolutely pleased! Thank you La Flama for feeding us at Delta Sigma Chi Lyceum!!

This little hole in the wall has delicious Birria tacos and their chips and salsa are made in house. They also have this tea made from of hibiscus. Recommended. Staff treated me like a regular on my first visit. Very welcoming.

I’ve seen the La Flama food truck at the Freight House Farmer’s Market. I’ve had the street tacos from the food truck at said Farmer’s Market – they’re fantastic. I had yet to visit this restaurant location off Elmore, however. What better time to go than the first Taco Tuesday of 2023, right?

First time, just because I want to give a chance after I hear all the bad things about this place. The chips are cold and salt on, salsa just red and green but no for chips, horchata water just a Mix most taste as a sugar water, food came out and no really what I’m expecting but if you like bad rice and untested food Welcome to a Not Mexican restaurant

Amazing little local Mexican restaurant! I got the mix and match so I could try a few different things and everything was delicious. The spicy pork taco might have been my favorite. The service was really great too!

I went for lunch and was pleasantly surprised. The salsa and chips were great. I ordered the mix and match combo plate with pollo, carne asada, and al pastor which filled my taco craving. I lived in California for 15 years and the food here was pretty close to what I’m used to there. I definitely recommend checking these guys out if you’re craving good Mexican food.
