Service is inconsistent. There are days where the food is nicely done, bur for the most part they don’t do really good job. Today I had only ordered a beefy 5 layer burrito, only swapped 2 things in it. Once I got home took my first couple of bites I noticed the lack of beef. The last bite was the one that had only had like maybe 1 tablespoon of meat. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. If I could give 0 starts I so would.

Food was extremely cold, I got sick from eating it exactly one hour later.
It was also Saturday night at 6:30pm and they only two workers working in the whole entire restaurant.
Seriously will not be coming back here after thinking that I had food poisoning.

We are newer to the area. We have gone a couple times at night where we pull up and they tell us they have no meat. None. So we go somewhere else. Sometimes our tacos are overflowing with toppings and other times there’s barely anything to be found.

This is the most up and down Taco Bell I have ever witnessed when it comes to both service and quality of their food.

Update – the quality has gone down recently. Almost want to drop a star but giving the benefit of the doubt they can turn it around. We order supremes every time and we are receiving 1 to none tomatoes, along with low amounts of meat and other toppings. I also had a taco where all off the sour cream was outside of the taco. Update 4/16
Employee was outside the entrance on a phone call swearing up a storm and talking about beating people up. Then took a video of the long line of cars that had formed around the building and started bragging that he was out there watching. I know they get breaks but cmon. I took a video of him walking back in and captured him hitting his weed pen in the entrance.
The person that took our order ( Landon on the receipt ) was the nicest order taker we have had at this Taco Bell, and super friendly and courteous at the window. Great job ! He needs better teammates !
My spicy potato tacos were cold. Food was decent and correct otherwise.

Update 7/25 – Drive thru order. Either chicken quesadilla fell on the floor or the equipment was pretty dirty. Black dust on outside and inside of quesadilla. Scary. Also we had 4 tacos supremes. 2 were just overloaded with sour cream. 1 I don’t think you can consider a supreme. And 2 were decent. How do you make tacos so different for the same order ?

Visit on 9/25/25 the dining room was closed for remodel. The food was awful. it did not look right, did not smell good and the taste was awful. Husband I both got sick from the 2-3 bites we took. This is by far the WORST Taco Bell I have ever eaten at.

Update as of 8/31/2024:
I came here twice in the past few days to take food to my boyfriend at work. Both orders were wrong in their entirety. The workers here did not get a single item correct either occasion. I drove back to the restaurant and they refunded my food without a problem both times, but come on man really? How hard is it to do your job properly? The receipts show that the order had been taken correctly, but the cooks just completely disregarded them I guess.

I’m angry. This is what they call a beef chalupa. It’s missing 60% of its ingredients. (Lettuce, tomato & sour cream)
Not to mention that there is barely any meat in them.
The workers were listening to loud, inappropriate music with cursing and references to doing drugs that my child could hear through the drive-thru window.
This is insulting and infuriating. The absolute nerve of these people, no shame and no responsibility.
I absolutely recommend people stay away from this trashy establishment. I will be making complaints to supervisors tomorrow and I will attempt to get ahold of HR or someone higher than those working in this store because this is unacceptable for $30 worth of food.

Totally crap. I order something and pay extra to have something added and didn’t get what I paid for. On top of that, my food was smashed in the wrapper and was leaking out.
Paying $6.49 for a grilled cheese steak burrito adding jalapeños and receive a burrito with 2 pieces of steak and no jalapeños, it’s pretty sad to receive so little and pay so much.

We ordered our food and the employee taking our order couldn’t hear us we couldn’t understand her. She said anything else? We said no loud so she could understand us and she started cussing told us she wasn’t the one? Very unprofessional and so rude and unnecessary!!! Who speaks like this!! You absolutely should not work in customer service your aggressive behavior is very unacceptable

The worst Taco Bell location. They ALWAYS mess up your order which is extremely frustrating when you pay $1 more for steak on a breakfast crunch wrap and they always give you nasty bacon. All their items on the crunch wraps are always not freshly made and they skimp out on ingredients.

Just left the drive through line about 10 mins ago get home to eat the party nacho to find a long blue ( maybe blue green ) hair throughout the nachos..

I call to tell the manager and her response was “giggling ” no one here has blue hair

Umm first off we all know thats a line and second off I sure don’t have blue hair so what I just put the hair there ?

So she laughs again and say well we don’t have anyone who has blue hair here but I and just replace them if u come up now .

My response no I am good this is why I stopped coming to this location anyway bc service sucks and so does the food. Havent been to this location in 6 months first time to try it again an nope nothing has changed.

Yes, they’re busy, so yes the lines are long and it takes a while to get your food. If you go inside, the employees are working fast.
If you see that the drive thru line is long…quit whining and go eat somewhere else.
My experience inside 5/11/18: It was VERY busy and the cashier Amanda W. Was very nice and professional. My order was accurate, nothing missing or screwed up. took my toddler to the bathroom, so wanted to include pictures of how clean it was.
