Amazing food! Stopped in to try La Cabaña and was blown away with the awesome flavour blended into their family owned and operated restaurant. The salsa was just the Ruhm Gut amount of spicy, the cheese dip with chopped beef was so creamy. The fajita bowl I got was incredible. Possibly the best fajita I’ve ever had eating out. We will absolutely come back!

My wife ordered the Fajitas..I ordered Enmoladas it was a dish I never had..It did not disappoint me! The restaurant is family owned not a chain…Great old business building gives this place a cosy atmosphere… I believe this place and the food will surprise you it did me!

Great service! Felt super welcoming. Waitress did amazing with our large party including several children. Food was delicious and hot. Drinks were cold and delicious. It was wonderful! 10/10 would eat there again!

We were passing through town on the way to the airport and my co-workers and I arrived just before noon for lunch. The lunch menu is great and there’s a lot to chose from at reasonable prices. The food and service was pretty good also.

There are very few restaurants in Platte City so we are fortunate to have found La Cabana! The atmosphere was very charming with some very comfortable booths. The service was excellent and they have excellent margaritas! We both had Haiiwian Quesadilla, one with steak and one with chicken. I have never seen this dish in a Mexican restaurant but it was delicious! It is worth going here just for that dish!

Waited 45 minutes which is unusual for a Mexican restaurant. We waited over 10 minutes to get chips and water and then when our food finally came, we all took one bite. The rice was hard and the rest of the food was cold. We will never eat at this restaurant again health department will be called for food that is not heated properly to the correct temperature. Owner made us pay even though we all took one bite. Not a good way to run a business in a town with only 4500 people three Mexican restaurants and a taco truck.
