What an absolute atrocity of an owner here. They have an option to order online, so that’s what I did. When I came in to pick it up she said “no online order” and refused to talk to me. I was charged $45 for 3 meals. I have an online receipt, and charged via my credit card. But she refused to talk to me. Literally said “I don’t want to talk to you”. I just wanted help to figure out why they have an online ordering system but no ability to pick up what you paid for. Incredibly rude owner. There was 0 other people in the building and she still refused to help.

Got the Kyoto Combo Deal 1, was expecting a Togo box with some beef and chicken teriyaki with a couple shrimp tempura. I got 1 container full of beef and chicken w/ streamed veggie, rice in a separate one and vegetable tempura in another. A meal for 2 or 3. Great value, food was great, definitely recommend

Food is good but the service is EXTREMELY terrible. Owner has a negative attitude and stubborn character. Make sure to count your change and how much you’re paying, they tried charging me more last minute and didn’t fully give me my change

I never write reviews. This is one of my first in years. Ordered a door dash pickup and they refused to make my order. Claimed the order never came through despite my having a receipt and would not even look at it. Didn’t want to make it even after I asked. Rudest experience I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. If I could give zero stars I would.
