This place just opened and did not have a few items available. They were understaffed. This was our first time trying the food here and it was tasty. The spice level was spot on for my taste. The issue was a number of items we ordered took longer than normal to prepare or they were unavailable. One example was Naan was unavailable at all as they were missing the equipment to prepare it.

If you can get past the blah and plain ambience of the place, the flavors will definitely take you on a South Indian bliss ride. The quantity of food was as great as the quality. Overall it was great, memorable…. not so much. Worth a try definitely.

Recently, I got dinner at this place. The place ran out of a lot of items when we ordered, and some standard dishes were not on the menu. Liked the flavor of the veg curries that we ordered but was not happy with the chapathis. They were not very fresh n felt very hard and chewy. There was also too much oil in the chapathi and had a very weird taste. I’m hoping to try more of their food options in the future and hope the quality gets better.

We had much expectations on this restaurant because kumar’s Manchester food is good. But we didn’t receive the same here. Food doesn’t seem to be fresh and taste was way less than Manchester branch. Hospitality was nil. We ordered our food from counter even though we did dine-in. I gave 2 stars i because may be they just started and need some time to settle in. Hope they fix all these and meet the Manchester branch’s standard.

Unfortunately, they had shut down their operations within a short span of opening after pandemic. They did not have the unlimited thali like their other location. I had some South Indian breakfast items which were okay.
