Ordered on the app for drive-thru pick up. When I pulled in there was one car at the pick up window. I car. Was told at the speaker to hold on for a second. OK, no problem. I sat there for about 5 minutes. Provided the order I formation, was given an attitude and told to pull around. I pulled around. The same car was still sitting at the pick up window. My order was simple 2 whoppers, 2 fries And a milkshake. The girl at the window said not a word opened the window handed me the milkshake and disappeared ,about 3 minutes later or so she came back opened the window and said “here” and pretty much threw the bag at me out of the window. Didn’t check to make sure I had the bag or anything just flung the bag out and started to turn away. NOW this is burger King so complaining about the food is just pointless but when I got home (pictured below) is what my whopper looked like. THIS is your signature sandwich are you kidding me!!!!!???? Very disappointed may not be back here I will drive the extra time to Fairview park.

Long hair strand was in burger , manager offered NO, NO, NO apology and no replacement even though I told him I could show him my bank statement to prove that I was there. The people behind counter in the front were nice, that’s the only reason for the two stars otherwise it would be lower, the supervisor over the phone needs more training, even if he didn’t fully believe me without the actual receipt even though there’s a bank statement, he could have still apologized.

I have been here too many times out of convenience. Evrytime I am disappointed and tell myself never again. I am done with BK. This location ruined it for me. No such thing as fresh food here. Always sending my food back because they can’t get it right. Possibly because the music is too loud and the cooks can’t multitask nor pay attention to detail. Burgers are dry and fries are soggy. Dining area is filled with a couple crackheads and dirty tables. It’s rare to see an employee who will actually work for their paychecks noaways.

Talk about redemption. I’m not one that leaves a bad review very often but it was time after time after time things would be forgotten. This time I went in during the dinner rush, they were all talking to each other saying what they needed & I work in the same line of business so I appreciate communication. Nothing was forgotten & I asked for zesty sauce but they already had it in the bag. I appreciate the effort. Was night & day compared to the last few times I went in.

Maybe it would help if the value menu didn’t come on and off in like 30 second increments, but I was ordering from the value menu, so I had to wait until it came back on to see it. So it took about 20-30 seconds to order, and the super rude female on the other end said “Finally you place a order!” This is the worst BK franchise I’ve ever been to, and I recently only go there to save time because the other fast food places in this area have actual lines, because they do actual business.

Got to hear the lady working the drive through complain about other customers since she didn’t mute herself. My order was incorrect. The mix on the drink was wrong and the cup leaked . No napkins in bag to clean up the spill they created. Terrible experience.

The staff is so rude. The girl at the drive through routinely just says ‘hang on’ very unprofessionally and cuts you off mid-order very unprofessionally and routinely gets an attitude. Burger King is my favorite fast food but I’ll opt for another place to have a more pleasant experience.

I am very surprised that this location is even in business with the food it produces. Burned to the crisp/cardboard like burgers! ( I wish I took pics of my double whopper). If I lived closer to this location I would have definitely bring it back. Unfortunately I just tossed it all to the garbage. ( $20 in garbage). It will be a very, very long time before I visit any Burger King if the food it produces in any of its locations is like what we got. For $10 a person I can do so much better at other businesses.
