Arrived for pickup order and none of our chips or kids juice box were in the order…only the main food items. The gentleman at the cashier though assisted and was very quick and apologetic for the error. He made up for the mistake with his pleasant and attentive manner. Sides of guacamole were also already browning. Other than that, the food was great! Would have given 5 star if order wasn’t messed up/half the order missing upon initial pickup.

This place is a HUGE hit or miss, it really depends on when you go. The food generally is pretty good but as I said earlier it really depends on when you go. They apparently stop making things like proteins and toppings along with the rice and beans at 6:00pm, but they don’t close until 10:00pm? The service is terrible and they are just plain rude. There are two African American gentleman that work at this location and they are VERY unfriendly and just plain rude. They mock your orders and if you ask for your meal to be made a certain way the condescending response and following facial expressions are more than enough to steer clear of this chipotle. Sadly the one on the west end is just as bad.

The chips are stale. The only discernible flavor is salt, applied generously and without strategy. Somehow the food manages to be salty and bland at the same time, which feels intentional. 90% hard rice. The experience is joyless.

This is my first time to order Chipotle. I order the take out since the pandemic. The food is wrapped well, and the taste is great. I ordered the Burrito and the High protein bowl. The burrito is huge and good enough for one person. The bowl has three layers that the top is veggie, chicken is in the middle and the rice is in the bottom. Everything is fresh, delicious and worth for the price.

I’ve ordered chips and queso with my food the last 3 times and each time, they have not put the chips in the bag. So I have a side of queso and no chips, I can understand it happening once, but 3 times in a row is just ridiculous. The app would only “replace” one. I work food service myself and understand that mistakes can be made, but the same mistake 3 times in 2 weeks to the same person just shows a lack of paying attention and lack of care. I will drive to the heights location from now on since its the same distance from me. I gave this location 3 chances. Reading tickets really isn’t that hard.

Disgusting. Rice is hard. Everything is over salted. We ordered 4 burritos. 1 was correct they all tasted terrible. Do better. Or close the doors. Nothing was even labeled. We had to tear apart each one to see who it belonged too. You guys suck at your job.

Received half a bowl that was missing romaine lettuce and fajita veggies. Quality, quantity and price make this a 2 star establishment (+1 star for taste). Only compensation by the company was a measly free drink which costs them less than 50¢.
