We purchased the pork belly with mixed vegetables. The entire plate was out of this world. The pork belly was cooked to perfection as were the vegetables. The atmosphere was astounding with so many things to see and enjoy.

I have never had Filipino food before but I gotta say it was absolutely delicious! The restaurant is beautiful and the service was amazing! Crazy to have this type of food in such a small country town but it was so good. I will definitely be back when I am in Manchester again.

Lovely little place with big flavors. Stopped through Manchester for the night and found this gem. Food was phenomenal, drinks were pretty great, and the whole place felt eclectic and fun. I’ll be making a special trip back for the Kamayan Feast. We had one of the platters and it was excellent.

My wife and I decided to stop in tonight and try a local restaurant that we had not previously attended. Kubo exceeded expectations tonight! The cuisine is elevated for this area and the chef has exquisite attention to detail in both flavor and presentation! Our waitress Destiny was very attentive and knowledgeable of both the food and beverage menu. I would highly recommend this restaurant!

My boyfriend and I decided to have our date night here. This was our first time. Lucy was our server. She was attentive and sweet. I have a horrible shellfish allergy and the staff was very attentive to that which was greatly appreciated. The food and drinks were amazing. Thanks for a great night Lucy! We will definitely be back

We’ve been looking for a place to eat delicious Filipino dishes and Kubo Grill is that place. We highly recommend trying the “Kamayan Feast” if you want to have an authentic Filipino eating experience. I’m not a food expert, but I know, being a Filipino myself, that this is as close as I can get to feeling like I’m in the Philippines.

Found this unexpected and delicious gem in Manchester, TN. We had lechon with soy sauce, garlic and vinegar sawsawan with a side or rice. It also came with a chimichurri sauce and garlic aioli. My SO had medium rare steak perfectly red in the middle with savory burnt ends with fries/. We shared lumpia, a couple of their house cocktails and halo halo. The halo halo was missing leche flan and it came with vanilla ice cream instead of ube but I didn’t mind. Without the added sweetness, the flavor from the coconut strings and beans were able to come out in the forefront. Would still love flan however! Even though we’re an hour away, my SO turned to me after lunch and said, “We will definitely be coming back again!” I completely agree and I’m looking forward to it!
