Our server was Laura and she was amazing!! Very interactive and kind throughout the entire experience! The food was AMAZINGGG, I got the BBQ pulled pork + mac nd cheese and it was everything I could’ve asked for. Literally TO DIE FOR!!!!!!! 10/10 RECOMMEND!!! （‐＾▽＾‐）Did not end up getting a photo of the sandwich sadly＞﹏＜ This is my third time here and the food has always been amazing.

We went for the first time for breakfast. The service was fantastic and the food was delicious! We waited about 15 minutes for a table on a very busy Saturday morning, and it was well worth it. The home fries are the best I’ve ever had, the pancakes are huge and so tasty, the portions are generous. We’ll definitely be going back.

Great food AND customer service! That is a rare combo in this day. The food tasted like what you would prepare at home. It did not disappoint. It tasted “real” and was well seasoned. I thoroughly enjoyed and will be back if I’m ever passing through. If you want something that leaves you satisfied and feeling hope you felt back in the day when you went out for a nice meal, this is it! Chef’s kiss!

Not gonna lie…I could eat here every day. The food is good, and the service is great. My server was Laura. I had her twice. She was amazing…has a lot of energy, makes you feel like your over a friend’s house. To the owner…keep up the good work. My only complaint is that your not opened longer, or there aren’t more “Hot Grillz” around the area. My evil plan is to tell everyone about your restraunt…maybe you’ll extend your hours or franchise. The end.

I went here for a nice rendezvous before setting out to Elyria. The service was fantastic, server was super nice and checked in on us promptly. The food was amazing, especially their breaded chicken! The only downside is the location. Its in an industrial complex so it was kinda noisy and a little bare. I would have liked to see more appreciation to the interior design to help off this. Otherwise I really enjoyed it and would love to come back for their breakfast!

I’ve passed this restaurant several times but I was finally invited by my family to go inside and see what I’ve been missing.
You are greeted when you walk in, and then we’re seated. Kim, our server was excellent and also very patient and explained everything in detail to us while taking our order. The food arrives in a timely manner, looking good and at the right temperature.
Plus, the coffee was on point, and Kim made sure to check on us during our meal. Now that’s great customer service.

The food was WILDLY GOOD.
I ordered the Crusted French Toast with the starter (eggs,home fries & toast) That French toast was SOO GOOD I forgot I had other food.
I can’t say enough wonderful things about Laura, our waitress! Her energy is unmatched. Can’t wait to come back!
