I went through the drive in this past Sunday (August 6 @ noontime). My order was a sack of 12, fries and 3 Chicken. The lady that took my order said “are you aware of how much the chicken cost? It’s $4.00”. I told her that would be fine. We drove around and paid. She saw my little dog in the backseat and gave me Milk Bones for Trixie. She asked me to pull up as my order would take a little while. The wait was short (maybe 6 or 7 minutes)

Won’t go back! I work in the Gluckstadt area so I have been to this location several times in the past year. I waited in line at the drive thru for 20 minutes before I left. Didn’t even order. This is the slowest fast food place.

Food is always amazing and the order taker was outstanding as well. However, you could hear a woman worker arguing in the back in the kitchen loudly and rudely to her coworkers.

I gave the service two stars because there were only two employees working. We waited more than 30 minutes on our order. The food was good and hot when we got it though. And the cashier apologized for our wait – couldn’t ask for better service, but more staff is needed.

The service is very slow at most of the Krystal restaurants and considering for the wait the food order should at least be warm and correct. I always as for cheese krystals with no pickles and majority of the time I have pickels on my Krystals and can’t eat them. I need up giving them to family members or friends bcuz I can’t have dill pickles. And some might just say why don’t u just take them off ,bit I can’t bcuz the pickle juice e would still be on them. I would think that food preparers would realize people do have certain food allergies and messing up ones order with pickles could cause a serious lawsuit for negligence. I don’t have time & should have to sit at the window to check every burger just to make sure they are right . Then once I do find out my orders have been wrong, I. long gone. I’ve lost several amounts or monies in still choosing to deal with Krystals trying to give them chances bcuz they remind me of White Castle burgers but I realize I can’t keep supporting a restaurant who can possibly kill me by not prepay food orders right. I’m losing out too much money for that just to have a meal prepared most of the time I don’t get to eat. ♀️ ♀️

AWFUL! WORSE FAST FOOD EXPERIENCE EVERY!!! I wish I could give negative stars. I place my order. I get to the window to pay and I paid, the girl gives me the wrong change and I look at the receipt and I tell her that isn’t my order. She checks and comes back to tell me that the car in front paid my order. I’m like ok. Can I have my food please and the correct change?She says no because the car in front paid the cost of my order… They wanted me to pay for the car in front of me, which was $3 more than my order. They wanted me to pay for the mistake that they made. After 15 minutes have gone by and they are huddled together inside the store, I honked my horn and asked them to just please give me my $10 back and I’ll be on my way. They say they can’t do that. No refunds. I say well give me my food and my correct change. By then other cars are waiting… There’s more, but I won’t get into that… I’ll never stop in there again. I don’t live near there, and whenever I do come through Gluckstadt I will usually stop by there. The last couple of times it’s been closed so I was glad to see that it was open this time. I hate that I stopped at all. The worse thing about it is that they treated me like I’d done something wrong(rolling their eyes at me, telling me you just don’t understand. Yes I understood very well. Their register was going to be short and they wanted me to pay) when the young lady at the window is the one who made the mistake. After 20 minutes of waiting I finally did get the food, still, the wrong change… (Food which I no longer wanted, no telling what they may have done to it.) Never again! My cats will enjoy it.
