I have never had Krystal burgers as sloppy as the ones I picked up tonight. So soggy and thrown in the box. On one burger the cheese was there but it was just in the box, not on the burger. Sadly, at Krystal I’ve learned to not expect much but this was so much worse than I’ve ever had. Worst ever. Oh and don’t Kystals have pickles? I had zero pickles on all four of my Krystals. Again, worst ever.

Well when I bit into my Krystal burger it had pickles on it, but the next one didn’t, so he put pickles on every other one, im just being honest. If the young man was working by himself I don’t know but it didn’t take too long to get our meal. I’m grateful for the food & service at this time of the morning. They Closed the dining room over an hour early. Drove 3 hours to come to this restaurant It was locked and they were cleaning booths off but the drive through is still open. They should be ashamed of themselves! When will management actually step in instead of apologizing on the reviews??

I just want to say not all heroes wear capes. Went by the Krystals tonight and the man working there by himself is a damn hero. We ordered a Sackful of 12 Krystal burgers, and by the time he came out, there was a line of cars in the drivethru waiting for their orders. The man came out, I acknowledged he was by himself, and he apologized. I told him he was good, and that he was doing a good job handling that kind of pressure. I gave it less than five stars due to the lack of staffing. Gave it an extra star because that employee was working well under pressure. Keep that man by any means necessary and get him some help in there. All in all, best customer service I’ve had there so far.
