We are from TX, so Krystal isn’t something that we frequent. While this is similar to White Castle, it does have its own uniqueness. The establishment was clean (though I did not go into the restroom). The burgers were not my favorite, though the chili pup was good and the French fries were also good, in my opinion. If I lived in the area, it’s possible I would frequent this place, but not for the burgers.

Went to three other Krystal and they were all bad. This one was great. Super clean. Good service. The lady at the front counter was very nice. Our food came fast and was hot and delicious. If I am back in the area I will be coming back. Good job!

I hate having to come here and get some chili cheese fries and get extra chilli and get it home it has more cheese than chilli and the fries are nasty!! Like come on y’all get this stuff right and learn to listen through the box when you’re taking an order

I have been to my share of Krystal restaurants over the years and this is by far the cleanest I have ever been in… actually this may be the cleanest fast food restaurant that I have ever seen. We walked in to the restaurant, while an employee was cleaning the door windows, there was no trash on the floor, all the tables were clean with the chairs pushed up. A vase of flowers was positioned in the center of each table. The drink and condiment station was clean and well stocked. The bathrooms were just as clean as the rest of the restaurant… We were greeted at the front counter by an extremely nice employee who took our order and another equally pleasant employee brought it out to us once it was ready. While we ordered we were able to look into the kitchen and noticed it was as clean as the rest of the restaurant. The food was hot and tasted great. As we were leaving, we noticed that even the parking lot was clean, no trash anywhere and it looked like it had just been swept. I have no idea who is managing this Krystal, but you and your employees are doing an extremely great job. Keep up the great work. In my opinion this Krystal sets the bar very high.

My first time here, I spent EXTRA $ to get EXTRA cheese, extra onions, extra pickles . And I got NONE of that. They charged me for stuff I didn’t order ! Not happy I drove all the way from MN to try this and they can’t even get my order right. I even came inside to make sure they understood what I wanted , but nope. They screwed it all up so it was horrible.

We’re deviant Krystal customers, we don’t like mustard on our burgers. The Krystal crew is always eager to accommodate our weirdness omitting the mustard and asking for a ridiculous amount of pickles. Yum!

Krystal is a good consideration of you’re road tripping and want something not overly greasy. Seems like it would be like White Castle, but the menu is not overly complicated nor does it get too overboard with new items.

I ordered a sack of 12 Krystals. I did not like the way they tasted. Not sure what it was about them but they tasted different than I’ve ever had before. I ate 4 of the 12 but couldn’t stomach anymore. I was wishing I had my dog with me on this trip because he would have gotten all of them and that would have been the end of it. But he wasn’t and I couldn’t afford to spend the money some something I couldn’t eat. They I sister on going above and beyond to make me whole and I couldn’t have appreciated them anymore for it. They gave me a full refund when I only asked for a refund on the ones I hadn’t eaten. And then they offered to remake them for me. Krystals Is my favorite treat when I travel south. I couldn’t accept them to remake them because of the change of not like them again and the owner would be out the food 2 times over. But I really appreciated their willingness to make me more than whole. I try to make sure I leave positive reviews when situations like this happen. Everyone (even me) is quick to post our negative experiences. Thank you!
