I think it was more of understand what the gentleman was saying. What I understood was if you get the 12 piece it’s only $2 more then the 8 piece. And he charged me $20.99 instead of the $18.99. Initially I wanted to just pay for the 8 piece for $15.99. It’s not about the money just about the communication. Very clean place

Worst customer service ever. Worst location. After calling twice to ask what time the kitchen closes, I was told to just come in and place my order. Called and spoke to a man at 7:15pm and he said to come pay first and they’ll make my large order. Got there and was told the kitchen was closed when they clearly were still in there cooking. We enjoy eating KKC and when we order, we order big. Hope they realize they lost a loyal customer. I definitely will continue to tell people how horrible the customer service is. Sad and never going back there again. Can’t wait for the KKC on Putnam to open again.

We didn’t eat there so know nothing about the menu. I’ve had the chicken though and it’s good. The checkout seemed very slow on this day. I’ve been here many times and it’s usually very quick.

I’m not all that pleased with this particular liquor store. I bought food from their several times and out of those several times I wasn’t all that satisfied. Recently in October I believe, I dropped in there to grab a Dr.Pepper and I also decided to buy some cooked fries and some biscuits. Well the fries were not cool, tastes old the biscuits on the other hand were passable. Their chicken is okay to. If anyone loves chicken the way I do and not only eats but analyzes it, then you would probably know no what I mean and is particular about your food.
