Service by our waitress was great, she was kind, knowledgeable, made great suggestions and was very apologetic when i asked for softer cooked broccoli, it came out burnt. I was informed they deep fried my vegetables after they were on the grill. It was horrible, who the heck thinks deep frying my broccoli would make it taste good.

If I could give it zero stars I would. Food was way over cooked. Chicken and steak were so dry. Sushi was terrible and way overpriced for the size that you got.

Driving thru the area at lunch so we decided to try it. It was a good lunch. Staff was attentive. Food was good & was served pretty quickly. Good vibes. Glad we stopped in.

I had to push one star to get here. I didn’t want to do that. The Habachi chicken we got Was full of grizzle and spring rolls was burned it was a good place to eat at along time ago but not know more I hope this’ll will get to the people who owns it. Looked up local sushi in town of Wilkesboro and Google presented us with Koto’s. Called up here and was assured they had room and making sushi till 9pm. So we drove 28 minutes and arrived at 8:18pm to be informed that the table before us ordered enough sushi to keep their cooks busy till 9pm and we couldn’t even order 1 hand roll… Really??? I will never come to this place again and I’ve spent literally hundreds of dollars here in the past on our other business trips. Not anymore. Oh, and I forgot to mention the place is a dump, servers are barely presentable and the owner is what I can gather “superior” to us “common folk”.

Unfortunately the only option for Americanized Japanese food in the area and really is not worth the price. The food is sloppy and bland and the prices are borderline criminal. The only redeeming quality is the service staff which are always pleasant and accurate.

Food was very slow even though they weren’t very busy, waitress didn’t check back after delivering food and leaving the check. When visiting the rest room I walked in on 4 female workers were standing around complaining and one was vaping. My presence didn’t seem to phase them . . . . Needless to say I wasn’t pleased with the visit.

The food was mediocre at best. I sat down, ordered and everyone that came in and sat down after me got their food before me. All it consisted of was Teriyaki Chicken. I gave it a try but I will not be back.

The Entree was delicious, but the Ginger dressing on the salad was horrible and they had no other choice for a different salad dressing. We noticed noone else eating the salad lol!

I have been a long time customer! This is my favorite Japanese restaurant! They have the best shrimp sauce and everything is always perfect whether dinning in or drive-thru.
