We stopped by on a Saturday morning and just missed the crowds that came in after us. We tried a variety of the savory and sweet kolaches and they were all pretty good. The bread pastry was a bit thinner than I’ve had in the past, but still tasty. I prefer the more “homemade” texture and thicker breading that I’ve had elsewhere. The eclair was quite good.

Stopped by early Monday morning. No waiting. Simple small location. There’s a kiosk to put in your order. Ordered a breakfast one called Mountain Man. Then two more to go a Cajun Sausage and a Meat Lovers Pizza. Also asked for dessert a Raspberry. Employee on duty made sure they were warm and put in a box. Explained the box was labeled so that you knew which was which. These were sooo good.

Great if you need a quick bite that isn’t so processed. However, I wasn’t expecting whole wheat bread. The eggs were also very dry and almost hard in some places. Aside from that I’d consider going back.

They lack flavor and taste. The Jalapeño one was very spice for me. The Sausage dog was good but a small portion. I can go to J-Dawg for a Polish dog that’s 3x for same price. I liked the box packaging it came with.

Having come from Texas, I understand Kolaches. This is not it. It’s fairly bland and flavorless(comparatively), overcooked, and very bready. The concept of keeping them warm was good but they are too hot to eat and burned my fingers. I also think this contributes to the over cooked insides. The bread wasn’t that tasteful either. Even the sweet one wasn’t anything special and I loooove sweet things.

I’ve been to kolache joints, but these were the best by far! Carefully crafted, and delectable! Bacon, egg, cheese and jalapeño was the best breakfast kolache I’ve ever had. The dough was perfectly cooked, and NOT doughy on the inside. Meat lovers pizza was better than expected and the raspberry was amazing. The whipped cream tasted like it was made in-house. We’ll be back

I’m sure it is lovely, it’s just not my style. It’s a breakfast place akin to getting coffee and a donut. I would simply rather have a coffee and a donut. But I can see it being good for dates so you can have a unique dessert for 3 bucks.
