Great Atmosphere, Good Food, decently priced. Staff was very friendly. Chicken was a little dry but still tasty.

I ordered from here using Uber Eats. The food was delivered with a pool of liquid at the bottom of the bag. I called the restaurant to see if they knew why it happened, and to help them prevent it from happening in the future. I talked to a man on the phone who I can only guess didn’t understand English very well. After I explained my situation 3 times he still didn’t seem to understand and then took my number down to have the owner contact me. I had a text conversation with the owner later the same day (I guess this was so he could translate), and he offered a free meal. I think that’s more than fair, and I think he handled it well, but it still doesn’t solve the fact that I couldn’t really communicate with them. Even the text conversation seemed stilted. I’ve attached pictures and an edited version of the text conversation (edited for the sake of privacy and clarity). If you don’t know Spanish, I can’t really recommend this place. The food was fine, but I think it’s kind of impractical to resolve any issues you may have if you don’t speak Spanish.

We tried a bunch of different dishes and sides and we liked everything. We had chicken, the carne asada, and a pupusa revuelta. For sides we tried the fried rice, beans, plantains, yuca, and steamed veggies. Everything was very good, the pupusa was great. Side portions were large. The sauces are so good, both the green and yellow. They just opened and haven’t fully hit their stride on service so do double check your order if you’re taking it to-go but everyone was friendly and any issue was taken care of quickly.

I loooove the food here! But why take away the option to order online for pick up? Time is of the essence and plus …. peopling… no thank you! I’d like to order online, leave a tip online, arrive—grab my lunch and go! Ive stopped going as much because I hate the fact that I have to wait in line or order over the phone when they’re busy and don’t seem interested in the phone call either.

Dear King Pollo, it’s Sunday 930AM. The passerbys can hear your music and every word and beat is probably piercing through the walls of your business neighbors. If you need a pick me up while preparing for the day, get some coffee, earbuds, or put that volume down. Be a good neighbor business tenant especially since the image of the shopping center as is today is not the greatest. Sunday AM music blasting come on, be considerate.

They need to change the hours , I got there at 10 am , I was very hungry, they told me they open a 10:30 . And I think it’s because they did not have the food ready . But this can make anyone lost their time and gas .

They only get a 3 star for large portions. The carne asada is NOT carne asada. The meat is bland. The rice and beans are a little to salty and bland as well.
