The wait time to get your plate seems a little bit long. I placed your order and it took 16 minutes to get to my table.
After further review and eating ribs and brisket, I give this place a solid 7.1 out of 10 the ribs were OK and the brisket were OK. They could’ve been warmer. The macaroni and cheese was room temperature potato salad was pretty good but for $28 I think you need to provide a little bit better quality food, though wait staff and the ladies working there were marvelous, fantastic family, friendly. I would recommend and I would go back.
I went to Clancy’s around 12:15, Sunday, February 8, 2026 to get the buffet to go. There were 2 other ladies in line when I got there. The lady in front of me was also getting the buffet to go. The lady behind the counter assisted her with the to box boxes and after that she walked off and started doing something else. They left me being the only one in line waiting to be assisted at the time. In my opinion I felt at the moment I was being ignored. Another lady that works there that was helping with something else asked me had anyone assisted me yet, I told her no. I saw her walk over to the lady that suppose to be assisting behind the counter and she said something to her. By this time I’m feeling disappointed with the service. She finally made her way back to me to assist me and gave me to go boxes for the buffet. By then a family had come in to dine in. I have been coming to Clancy’s off and on for a while and always enjoy the food but never felt upset until now with the way I was treated. I don’t know why the lady didn’t just say I’ll be with you in a minute instead of just walking off. I feel this is unprofessional and not the way you do customer service. Right now I don’t know if I ever want to come back for the buffet because of this is what I will be dealing with when I come I’ll take my money else where because food is too costly to not get serviced fair.
