This is my first time here. I was passing by and saw this place so I decided to give them a try. Entering the establishment the atmosphere was great and clean. The owner greeted us with grace and explained the menu to me. So I ordered the 3 wings and 2 sides and sweet tea. The chicken was delicious by all means fried fresh per order. The candied yams were not good at all smh I’m disappointed in this being a black restaurant the yams were out of the can. That being the worst mistake ever when he is says he want to feed us healthy meals. That’s why he don’t serve bread of any sort to go with the meals. The macaroni was good. The sweet tea was not sweet but $4 for a 10oz cup i would never order that again. Overall try this place out.

Restaurant is very nicely decorated. The food was delicious, I ordered three wings, mac n cheese, and collard greens. The wings was seasoned good, and the price was very reasonable. After trying the food I called my sister and told her about it and she ordered a plate! I can’t wait to try the turkey legs and the pulled turkey bar b que sandwich. Definitely will go back.

Me and my mom stopped by for dinner. This was our first time there. My mom ordered the 6 wing dinner with mac & cheese and I ordered the pulled turkey leg sandwich with fried okra. The okra was seasoned to perfection and the sandwich was deliciousss. My mom said the wings were great, the only thing with her plate was she was given fries instead of mac & cheese but she said the fries were good too!!

I visited this restaurant today. I must say, I was happy that I did. I walked into the restaurant which for one is very clean, decorated with positive motif and was greeted by the owner with a huge smile. I ordered from the digital menu. I ordered the turkey leg combo with 2 sides. I had collard greens and fries. I also ordered a bean pie for dessert. The atmosphere is pleasant and good music played in the background which contributed to the vibrant atmosphere. I highly recommend King Henry’s for the great food and great service.

I can’t say enough about this place. Certain times you can see the pride a person has when they start a business. This place is that place. First it was the cleanest restaurant I’ve seen in a while, second was the detailed menu, third was Dr. Henry Carter (owner) pushing out plates like a master at it. Wife and I killed 2 signature Turkey leg dinners with Mac n cheese, and fried okra. We added a third leg Jerk flavored. Food was delicious! I can’t wait to go through more of his menu. Dr. Carter will definitely out grow this place. Even the music as you walk in had us jamming.

The chicken wings are whole and seasoned very well. Perfect crunch in every bite and clean oil.

First time here. I tried a little bit of everything. Vegetables were overly seasoned and a tad bit salty. Too salty for me to enjoy. The chicken was really good!!!! I didn’t like the packaging for the pulled Turkey sandwich. It was too sloppy and bun was cold. Customer service was great. Prices are good. Red velvet cake was really good. I would recommend trying it. Welcome to the neighborhood

I love smoked turkey legs. I didn’t receive that. Turkey leg looked like it was baked in juices. Sides were very minimal for the price. May I suggest since you charge $ 4.00 for Sides. Make it worth while.

I was really excited about trying out this new place in Conyers. My brother has been talking about this place for the last two days. So I decided to stop by today and give them a try. Well, I walk in the young man is looking in my face never acknowledge me never greets me. I went ahead and proceeded to looking at the menu, and when I had decided what I want, it, still no one acknowledged me. He looked at me again, then turned his back towards me. I really couldn’t believe it but being a new restaurant in Conyers Black own d and no one said anything to me so I politely walked out the door and just left. Not sure if I will give them a second chance or not. Customer service is everything I stand on it. I will not tear the company down because the food did smell amazing. So I was really shocked.

I’ve tried two flavors of King Henry’s turkey legs and they were both great. The greens were fresh not canned nor frozen. The fried okra was nice and crispy & yummy. Mac and cheese was creamy and cheesey just like I like it. It’s good ya’ll. I’ll be back!
