The customer service was outstanding. The blonde girl was incredibly helpful and always greets me with a smile every time I go she’s also makes my sandwiches on point eveytime I definitely recommend going here if you haven’t.

Terrible customer service, ordered food from them through door dash and waited 2 hours for the delivery, when I didn’t get my delivery I canceled it and replaced it for pick up since I decided to go get it myself, and what I saw was the employees not remaking my food they threw it back into the toaster to reheat it, will be calling corporate on both employees that worked tonight.

Came in to get dinner after the yearly christmas parade and the lady working kept coughing and even coughed into the pizza i ordered. She left the prep line because she was coughing so badly and never once did she change her gloves after coughing so much. Not ideal

Aside from their tomatoes tasting a bit watery this subway is very nice. It’s always clean, there is usually good music playing, and the employees are nice and hygienic. To be fair I have eaten Subway while staying in Montreal and the tomatoes still tasted cardboard-y from 1300 miles away …so it’s probably just Subway.

The local Subway located in Carbon Hill Al, 35549 hours of operation States they are open until 8pm. I arrived 10 mins until 8pm and they already had the doors locked! I would appreciate it if they was actually open for the hours of operation states on the door! We do not have many option to eat around this small town so once again, the hours of operation isn’t correct! If they are going to close early it needs to be stated on the doors where the hours of operation says! You can not run a successful store when the younger employees do not run it correct! This needs to be addressed by the Manager and Regional Manager! If they can not fix the issue it needs to be exultated up to the district Manager! Once again, this is poor management!

I went here with my family and the staff was rude and the price was ridiculous! My husband got a stake melt and they put it on regular bread and toasted it just like a typical sub but CHARGRD him for it to be toasted, they don’t honor any of the subway coupons and they put very little meat on the sandwich. I will not be back along with any of my family, they would rather drive out of the way to jasper than go back!

Did an online order and they were literally taking people in off the streets in the middle of making mine . I had five sandwich’s and by the time I got all of mine they were soggy and cold . I even said something and they didn’t even acknowledge ♀️
