We tried it but probably won’t be back. The food was good. We had hibachi at the grill. We didn’t get much food compared to the price per person. The cook was intertwining and kept you laughing. The waitress was fair but they were very busy. She refilled a sweet tea with sprite and forgot about us once she brought us our check. There was 3 of us and meal was $20 a pop. Our drinks where over $3 a piece and when I went up pay, I got ready to adjust for what tip I thought it was worth. I noticed the line said additional tip. I looked closer at what she had rung up and they tacked on a 18% gratuity. I dont like that. I understand if there is a large group possibly but coming from a former waitress for several years, I decide what my tip needs to be. The total for 3 people was $116.00. Nope, I can go somewhere cheaper next time.

I loved my Cajun Roll so much that I ordered take out the next week. Don’t sleep on this place people. West Plains needs more diversity in its dining establishments. If you haven’t tried Kiko’s, consider this your sign!

Very disappointed. Called a week ahead of time for a reservation on the reopened Hibachi grill. Was told no problem and that it was on the books. When we arrived, they tried seating us at a regular table. We informed the hostess that it was supposed to be at the Hibachi grill which they had just seated and filled up. She said it would be about 30-45 minutes which did not seem right, but we waited nonetheless. After 40 minutes we went back inside to see the progress, and the grill hadn’t even started their cooking process. We were told at that point it would be another hour and a half. That would make it a total of a 2 hour wait after our scheduled reservation.

This place was so amazing. For being in a landlocked state in and a small town it has to be some of the best sushi I have had. It’s a little slow for for the sushi to come out but worth the wait. I tried 6 different sushi with my family and ever single one was delicious. I will say the D’Lalya and mango one were my favorite. Server were super nice and quick to refill drinks.

The service was slow, and the food was ok. Waitress walked past us a few times without checking on us. We ordered a roll that came out with my food, which was ten mins after my wife’s food came out. The young man making the sushi/rolls was slow and touching his hat, his head, his glass to get a drink without changing his gloves, or washing them.

Parking lot sucks but that’s really not their fault. The spiciest thing we had was the diet coke, reminded me of mediocre Chinese Buffet sushi. Everything was super bland and soggy with bland sauce, including the “crunchy” roll, they should rename it the soggy roll.

I am absolutely enraged, they gave us the wrong order and then expected us to pay for our original order plus someone’s else’s stupid order, she proceeded to tell me that she was gonna throw our food away and that there was nothing she could do. -5 out of 10 will never be coming back, could care or less if this place goes bankrupt tomorrow.

To small of proportion versus price. Almost never have the grill where they cook at the table open. This place has surly gone down hill since opening. Do not recommend going here.
