What I like about this gas station is that they honor the upside app…
However, it can be a gamble whether or not a pump has gas in it or has receipt paper or touchless credit card abilities. I don’t really trust the card machines where you have to insert the card at gas stations anymore, because I’ve heard too many things. And in the case of today, it looks like the front plate has been entirely removed– and it didn’t exactly look like a professional job. just made me wary. and then there was no receipt paper… Which if someone is paying at the pump, there is a very good chance they’re not in a situation where they have time to go into the store to get a receipt. So, I took a picture just in case I need it for my upside purchase.

The Forsyth Mo. Casey’s gas station is by far the worst in southwest Mo. Gas pumps rarely work or print receipts. Good luck trying to wash your windshield with the condition of their facility’s!!!

Don’t order taco pizza from Casey’s. They say you get refried beans on it but it’s actually a refried beans sauce! Not the same thing at all. When I’m told refried beans and salsa comes on pizza that’s what I expected. I even asked for extra refried beans. They want to play where’s Waldo, can you find the refried beans? They assure me it’s in there. I even got 2 spoons when they only do one, they say. Alrighty I asked to show me. See the red smears that’s refried beans and sauce. NOT!!!

Add says buy 3 for 1.99 so I buy 6 but it has to be 2 separate transactions according to them . The add says must be rewards member, doesn’t say it has to be separate transactions . I have never left anyone a bad review but when you talk to a supervisor and they are laughing at you on the phone because you paid $ 13.00 more then you should have that is very unprofessional even for a convenience store .

Me and my boyfriend came to this store to get some food , and the big bald man who works overnights kept staring at us and after we grabbed our pizzas and grabbed 2 ranches a piece , he made a point to come over to us and say we were only allowed to have 1 sauce per meal item , as if we couldn’t pay for our extra ranches. The entire time he made the interaction of checking us out so uncomfortable because he kept staring at us and giving us a judge look ,when he was done ringing up all of our items which we had. A lot , he asked us if we needed a bag like it’s not his job to obviously bag the stuff , and my girlfriend and I both work at gas stations and we’re completely baffled and uncomfortable by this situation. Casey’s should be hiring better employees.

Always clean. The employees are always friendly. The sandwiches are really good. The pizza most of the time is really good as well. The restrooms are always very clean (or at least they have been when I’ve used them). I do like the rewards app as well.
My only complaint is that it isn’t unusual to find them out of an item if they have a one day special on it. I realize it’s a first come first serve situation, but when you go in at 8 am and they’re already sold out…
I don’t know if Casey’s has their store managers doing the ordering or if it’s all corporate. Either way I would think that if you’re going to have a sale or special offer, that it would behoove you to have enough on hand for the day.

We ordered the brisket pizza last Monday and it was just great. It actually had brisket on it. Today 8/21/2022 we order one and it truly had only 9 small pieces of brisket on the whole large pizza. They were also out of jalapenos and we don’t fault them for that with supply issues, but maybe next time when someone pays full price, $18 for a pizza, make it consistent and actually put the key ingredient on the pizza. The customer service at the Forsyth location is always good, but this was not good.
Update: I thank the person in charge for responding. We have always loved the pizza. Maybe it is a training opportunity. Updating my star review.

Great service. Great staff. Always open when you need something. Pizza delivery and curbside assistance if needed. I love my local Caseys. Definitely sign up for their rewards program to receive cash back. Seriously its SO worth doing. I don’t dl many apps but this one is a MUST HAVE!!!
