I ordered a spicy chicken when I pulled it out the bag all of the pickles were stacked on top of each other the meat and the bun was not evenly in the white rapper that you use to put around it before you put it in the foil bag was not wrapped which made everything pretty much fall apart as I was pulling it out the the bag

Went to the drive-thru at about 8:30 p.m. and tried to order some food for that night’s dinner. The young man that took my order was harsh and I’m professional. He acted as though he was on a street corner trying to be tough. When I got to the window, I was greeted by a different young man with tattoos all over the arms but, he was professional at reciting my order. When I asked for an add-on meal, he made me park outside the establishments boundaries so he could bring it out to me when it was done. When I received my food the order was not correct. I inform him that the order was incorrect and so it had to be fixed but in all I spent 20 minutes out of drive-thru. And when I got my food home, the presentation was crude and distasteful. I guarantee not to go back there ever again during that time of the night with that particular crew. Totally disgusted.

Second time they did not have ANY chicken breasts. If they stop cooking in the evening then they should just close early. No point in wasting someone’s time. They didn’t even have the courtesy to tell me when I was ordering that they were out found out at the window. Too late by then to choose something else. Horrible place to go.

Most of the time they get my order correct, but 20% they don’t. Prices are on the higher side than other tb/kfc locations, they haven’t had any KFC chicken deals in a VERY VERY long time. But their chicken is good. Drive thru usually runs pretty smoothly, not usually a very long wait. Staff is helpful & nice most of the time. Parking lot is ok. Public transit is close by. THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE WHEN YOU CALL TO TELL THEM THEY GOT YOUR ORDER WRONG. I’ve been going here for several years. Bring back KFC coupons.

We ordered food off of Grubhub and the man picked up whatever the store provided for them. The order was worth $40 and the store didn’t provide three of our orders. I called the store and they took too long to pick up and when they did they never talked on their side and they hung up on me. That is so rude and I lost a good amount of my money. If I could give no star would.

A little ghetto feeling, definitely ghetto neighborhood, but the customer service was nice and the drive thru was fast. The KFC chicken was good and hot, so overall it was a good experience. I might even visit this location more often than the one closer to my house due to the drive thru being much faster and the way i was treated this time.

Excellent service from the cashier. His name was Cameron. Thanks dude! He heard even the part of the order my wife was whispering. Everything was correct also. The minus one star is because I saw the manager(?) Getting angry at one of the female workers there for not Manning the cash only register. That employee made sure to ask if anyone was paying cash so that she could help. However no one was, so she went back to helping in the back. That’s when the possible manager got angry at her.

So today was the day I give up on this KFC/TACO BELL after coming here since I was a kid with my grandparents ,which has been a decade ago ,and with parents family and now my own kids .It was like the only few spots in our area you can grab a quick meal for the family after a long day of work. This was the first time in my life that I waited as long as 20 minutes in line at drive thru to order. Then 5 minutes to take my order .As patient as I am ,I said maybe their short staff being the understanding person that I am . I said it be okay pulling up to the window .Its passed probably 2 minutes and No one has came to window . I see a huddle across from drive thru with trash swept up in corner as if they didn’t care about the site of trash piled up and can be seen from drive thru.I then see the four employees in a group huddle break up with employees each with a large cup of slurpee and the other 2 filling their drinks at the drive thru soda machine .Then the lady with the black uniform and the rest of the crew were laughing and the lady with the black uniform finally open the window and takes my money and then after waiting 5 minutes to be greeted at the window. She then comes back to window and says I need to pull over for 3 taco supreme and nacho fries . At this time it took 30 minutes to order and not get nothing because I asked for my money back .All these years never been told to pull over at this location. It was evening crew working on January 25th 2019 around 7pm . Management crew or owner of this location look at cameras and video of this evening crew they really didn’t care about customer service and drinking during service . I’m pretty sure the whole crew wasn’t all on break this day. Smh day service way better but night crew on January 25 2019 at 7 pm wow
